Pros: The UIUX was very clean, easy to navigate, with a cool dashboard and tools, which are very useful. The technology itself is very impressive, and the machine learning seems sophisticated and robust.
Cons: Not necessarily a con, but it came down to another product being more of a fit for our company.. We were evaluating pickle alongside several other products and ended up going in a different direction.
Overall: Very pleased with Pickle, and impressed with the technology and how it can work for companies. This is a fantastic product that will benefit many companies, and my wish is that my team can one day scale large enough to bring Pickle back into the mix. Also, their customer service is amazing. They get back to their clients very quick and are always providing thorough feedback
