Shape Software

Pros: Shape Software’s AI-powered CRM is on another level. The sheer number of features packed into one system is incredible, but what impressed me most is how seamlessly everything works together. Automations, communication tools, lead management, reporting every component feels connected, intuitive, and synchronized. Instead of jumping between multiple platforms, Shape gives you a unified system that actually improves your workflow and speed-to-lead. It’s rare to find a platform with this much power that still feels clean, organized, and easy to use. Highly recommend.

Cons: Honestly, I don’t have any real cons to report. The only downside is that I didn’t sign up earlier and spent way too long bouncing between multiple tools before switching to Shape. Every feature I’ve used so far has worked smoothly, and the support team has been responsive whenever I had questions.

Overall: Overall, Shape Software delivers exactly what a modern AI-driven CRM should. It consolidates multiple tools into one organized, highly functional system that runs smoothly and enhances every part of my workflow. I genuinely haven’t found any meaningful cons. If anything, I regret not adopting it sooner because it’s already made a noticeable difference in my productivity.

Pros: Pros: Software is ok, sort of, if you can spend extensive time arguing with the Robot to solve technical, set-up and usage issues. I would have to keep telling the Robot that he must have got the answer wrong... i.e. that can't be right, Robot? Then the Robot would literally respond, your right... here is the right answer. other times, I would figure it out on my own without the Robots help and then I would get back to the Robot and tell him what he got wrong and what the right answer is, and then the bot would say, OK thanks, I'll make a note of that...Literally, I'm not kidding. I spent many late nights trying to learn to use Shape software with no help other than a somewhat confused occasionally helpful Robot.

Cons: Cons: Customer support... some guy named Yamma? or something like that, would answer the phone 'sometimes' and couldn't or was not able to answer my questions or give me direct answers. I was basically left to go back and forth using email only. So it forces you to pretty much have extensive conversations/arguments with the robot.

Overall: Just be forewarned that once you pay for your first month, Shape will hold your credit card hostage, and you also, even if you are not happy with the software or support. After less than one month of horrible customer service, I contacted Yamma, or whatever his name was again, to inquire about early cancellation. He wouldn't give me a direct answer and I had to resort to contacting customer support via email only. So I did. Then they respond with the following..."We do offer an early termination option for an applicable fee. If you are interested in canceling before your contract end date, we can request the exact amount for you. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed." Notice again there is not a direct answer. so I have to respond, via email again. and ask them to tell me the exact amount I will have to pay to get them off my back. Here is how they responded..."Regarding your cancellation inquiry, since you are on an annual subscription, the cancellation fee would typically involve paying the remaining balance of your 12-month contract in advance. However, as a one-time courtesy, we are offering an $899 cancellation fee to close out your account." so at this point I realize the kind of company and people I am dealing with and I want nothing more to do with this company. I will pay the exorbitant 899.00 fee to get them off my back and out of my life.
I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you are willing to be held hostage regardless of your experience.

Pros: I loved the attention to detail and the patience Chloe spent with me to create the website with Shape, and then the changes I requested to get it right was fantastic! I know I asked for a lot, but Chloe hung in there until it was complete, and I was satisfied. I am very happy with the results. Thank you, Chloe and Shape Team, for the web frontend set up!

Cons: My only Con is the ability to pick from a menu of templates on my end. My only chance to review template options was on our initial Zoom call, and I had to decide based on a few options while LIVE on the call. I saw one template I loved and was with another company. I wanted to go back to that one template but never had the opportunity to review it or any other options. I would allow paying customers, to choose what we want and advise you which option we look for from multiple templates.

Overall: Overall, I am happy with Shape CRM. I have had to watch a lot of webinars, training, and loom calls by emailed snapshots to update and follow along with the setup of my CRM. I am pretty savvy with IT and technicals, but that's not my strength. I am in sales and would love to spend more time in sales and less on the technical side. The hardest part was setting up the DNS settings in Squarespace from the snapshots sent to me to have my domain used with Shape. I had to go to ChatGPT to complete it.

Pros: I'm really liking my switch to Shape. Having worked with Total Expert and Surefire in the past, I'm excited about the opportunities and prospects with Shape.

My account executive, Corey Chase, is amazing and has really helped me up my game with my clients!

Looking forward to learning and growing with Shape!

Cons: The program has A LOT of options, integrations, and bells and whistles. It can be hard to navigate alone. So I'm super appreciative for my guy Corey.

Overall: I love it! I'm learning and growing and grateful for a product built for MY industry! Highly Recommend.

Pros: Very helpful when it comes to communication and organizing tasks. It’s easy to communicate and leave notes for managers too.

Cons: No issues so far! The CRM is perfect for our needs. It’s very helpful and doesn’t have any disadvantages I can think of.

Overall: Our company has used this for more than 2 years it’s been very helpful in managing and delegating tasks.

Pros: I like the most of this CRM is because it is very user friendly and able to make our daily task more convenient.

Cons: I don't have any thing that don't like with this CRM. I highly recommend it! Super fantastic!

Pros: One of the best things about Shape is its flexibility. You can customize it to suit your specific needs and workflow, which means you don't have to adapt to the software – the software adapts to you. This makes it a great choice for individuals, teams, and organizations of all sizes.

Cons: By far none. I haven't encountered any difficulties. Shape has been really useful!

Pros: The system is great but their support and training is what was the cherry on top for me. Not only did I get to personalize and configure the system on my onboarding call but I've sent many questions to their team and I always get a response the same day. I've used many CRMs in the past and that's always been an achilles heal but not here.

Cons: Didn't dislike anything I'm very happy with Shape. I'm in the process of integrating with a couple other of my systems and hoping I can get that setup too.

Overall: I've used MANY industry CRMs in the past and this one is by far the best. I thought I was a little too advanced for them but every question I asked and tried to stump them with their support team knew.

Pros: I truly believe the functionality of the software would be great if it worked as advertised. Very easy to understand and implement dashboard!

Cons: The software is supposed to link to LendingPad and it has been almost a week and data is still not transferring from LendingPad. What is worse is that we have to keep telling Shape customer support and they should know that it is not working. Also, during the demo they showed us the great POS portion of the software functionality, but failed to mention that it is a $59 per user addon!

Overall: At this point we have wasted a week of business we could have been doing trying to get this software to work correctly. I wish we had just gone with BNtouch to begin with and saved the headache!

Pros: There are many things I liked about this platform but the best I experienced is its automation for sales and lead capture. It helps to reduce workload and gain better sales results. Easy to call and interact with leads. Its kanban board visualization gives a detailed overview.

Cons: No wide customization is available for the sales pipeline.

Overall: I loved how the Shape Software platform enables a powerful and integrated service for customer relations to keep every process on track. Overall, I highly recommend Shape Software if you are searching for an automated and reliable lead-capturing and sales enabler with sales pipeline functionality then this platform is best.

Pros: This software makes the process look so easy. It’s a great way to stay organized from the application to funding of a loan. I love the easy means of communication to the borrower for items needed and if an item is declined or approved. The way that all the screens are laid out is very easy for all parties to follow along. The software seems to cover everything!

Cons: None that I could see from using this software. I loved it!

Overall: Overall, I love the software. Enough to even sign up for my company right away. The campaigns help you to stay in touch with clients past and present and this is key to keeping clients for the long term.

Pros: Shape syncs, advertises, customizes, and provides the best reporting CRM system I’ve used. You can call, text, email, and send out mass marketing all in one on the platform. It is amazing to see the dashboard reports that shows leads, prospects, and live numbers. Shape is prepared from intake to closing and the platform is clear cut and customizable to my needs!

Cons: When declining a document Shape allows you to provide a customized comment to explain the denial. I would love to explore a prepopulated drop-list of reasons for denial.

Overall: Shape is an amazing clear cut, efficient, streamlined software that allows you to customize the portal to your personal needs. It is a software that is easy to navigate with great organizational settings, tracking, reporting and syncing components.

Pros: This software is user-friendly and easy to follow. Shape helps to STAY organized and focused on selling and making money. I love the automated follow up system and the details so we don't lose out on any possible opportunities. This system guides you to stay in front of potential clients, to which we all know proper communication is KEY to acquiring new clients. Highly recommend Shape for any Mortgage Business that doesn't use this CRM. I have used other CRM/POS software, Shape is second to none. (you will see!!!)

Cons: The only thing in my brief review and I wouldn't say this is a con because the reward on the backend is significant because the Shape is so extensive configuring to your exact needs requires some input on the business owner.

Overall: Overall the system is easy to use and definitely value add for any mortgage business. The system takes manual labor out of your day and automates many tasks that allow for time spent on higher value-add items for the business.

Pros: I was impressed with how easy it is o maintain your pipeline with all of the integrations and automations. I love how everything from lead funnels to file sharing easily accessible. One of my favorite features is the “if/then” functionality you can choose for marketing campaigns.

Cons: I have yet to find any cons or issues with this system.

Overall: Shape is an all in one CRM/POS and marketing tool that is a must for any originator. It has never been easier to manage my pipeline and referrals, and my numbers have never been higher. I highly recommend Shape to any originator, as it has literally revolutionized my career.

Pros: 1. The customer service team is very knowledgeable and responsive which is one of the best part part of this software.
2. The User Interface is very beautiful and is very user friendly.
3. The Software is very affordable and one can easily consider this before other softwares.
4. We utilise the platform to exchange comments, call recordings, and almost anything else these days. A lot of the labour we used to do has been automated thanks to email and text drip programmes.

Cons: 1. The don't offer free trial which I think should be there.

Overall: My overall experience was great. This programme has assisted me in growing my business and keeping track of all of my contacts in a fast and effective manner.

Cons: Can’t think of any at the moment. As long as one is consistent with the software, you can get the most out of it.

Overall: Love this software! It is a “one stop shop” for me and keeps me efficient and organized. It’s been a life saver!

Pros: Love the look and feel vs. what we used to use. It also makes my life a lot easier being able to share call recordings and notes right in the system instead of having written reports go back and forth on emails.

Cons: Zero cons as of yet. Haven't used all the features yet though.

Overall: Overall a great experience and great software. Dani and Stewart are AMAZING and we've been treated very well :)

Pros: Amazing marketing automation, drip campaigns and database management software! I spent so much time using other platforms that do half of what Shape CRM does. Im very pleased with there support and staff!

Cons: Nothing really, all I can say it keep up the great work!

Overall: All in all, Shape is a great CRM, Love all the integrations and ease of use! I'm truly amazed by the all marketing automation included in this platform. Also lead prioritization has been a major help and keeping us stay organized. Love this System!

Pros: We have been able to truly automate our business saving us a ton of time and money in the process. Before we found Shape we had to use a system our CRM, DocuSign, and a point of sale. Getting all of these systems to API and work together was very difficult to say the least. Now we have everything in one package with Shape making our business run much more efficiently and training our new hires a lot easier.

Cons: We had the best account manager there Dani but she was promoted so we no longer get to work with her.

Overall: The support team at Shape has been great. They are constantly making updates to the system keeping it fresh and adding new features regularly. Even our original salesman Daniel calls us to check in once a month. We have been customers for a few years now and the product has really made a big impact on our business.
