Pros: Software seemed very functional during my trial period, I was trying to utilize it for communication purposes to the Philippines.
Cons: Ultimately this software did not have the functionality that I needed for the purposes of communication with the Philippines.

Pros: Easy to use and very user friendly, can start immediately. Sales and support team especially Chia has been very helpful and responsive.
Cons: Talktime charges for Singapore seem to be on higher side compared to other dialer even with preferential pricing. Will be good if can download all the call logs at one go and to sort them according to length of call.
Overall: Pleasant experience, good to use, user friendly. Sales and support team are very responsive. However, will be good if there's further revision on the pricing which will help us in maintaining cost low for the long haul.

Pros: This service is easy to use. I can add the app to Shopify and it show many more features and information about the customers.
Cons: The service doesn't show all the information and purchases about a client, so I have to go to Shopify to get that info, instead of obtaining everything from CloudTalk.
Overall: It is good for the price, the voice quality is good as well. I like that it is really easy to use.

Pros: The dashboard is very easy to navigate. It clearly shows where all the information is, and you don't need any prior knowledge about VoIP to use it. It also has a neat desktop app that means that your agents don't need physical IP phones, or a 3rd party app. It's also easy to get numbers from just about anywhere in the world through CloudTalk.
Cons: There is little thought put into the customers who actually do want to use physical IP phones with CloudTalk. For instance there is no way to dial voicemail, all the voicemail is kept on the website and sent on email. As a user of a physical phone this is very impractical as I have my voicemail button, but can't actually use it because CloudTalk doesn't have an internal number for voicemail.
Overall: I still use CloudTalk, and I probably will for a while. It's a great solution when you don't have the time or skills to set up a PBX system yourself, and you're not required to bind to a contract for more than a month at a time. I do wish they let you remove and add seats in the middle of a billing period and the price would adjust to that, as we have support agents that we want to test out, and some do well, others don't. Therefore the amount of seats in a set billing period might sway a little bit, and I wish that their pricing automatically took this into account, and you only got billed for as long as the seats were in use.

Pros: The application is great for making calls and make any meetings or create events.
Its connection or the voice call quality is excellent and works great.Cons: Sometimes the voice call gets dropped in the middle of the meeting.
Overall: Overall the software is built great does the work that it has to do. The phone voice quality is nice and it's really easy to set up and use the application.

Pros: Very quick to set up (without having to request a quote or do a sales call).
Offers, integration with Zapier.
SMS follow-up available in the middle tier.
Great customer service (by chat).
Instant free trial without charge.Cons: Zapier integration only notifies after a call is missed, not when it starts to ring.
Overall: CloudTalk is the only solution for small companies outside the US. The competition is either not working with non-US companies, or it's targeting big clients (no way to know prices or to do a free trial).

Pros: UI is good. Very strong potential for an app. The call routing setup is easy and the support is pretty good.
Cons: Calls can occasionally drop. Must have app open at all times on computer

Pros: The platform in general is good. Support provided was also good with a response time within the first 24 hours.
Cons: iOS native application sometimes is buggy, sometimes I’m not able to make phone calls from there.
Overall: Overall I’m happy with CloudTalk. The service is good and the phone calls have a very good quality. The iOS native application should be improved in order to always work properly.

Pros: Great Desktop App.
Easy to use.
I like the Call history.
Icons are great.
I like that you can leave notes.Cons: It's glitchy sometimes and I am unable to go on or offline. I wish I could Filter calls by customers. The call gets staticy sometimes but I am not sure if this is on Cloudtalks or the customer's end. Wish I could add more tags.
Overall: It's working well but I'd like to see some more analytics features, tags and filters that would make it easier to see the customer history.

Pros: Integrates with our CRM and allows us to route in a smart way based on the inbound call country and the account manager of the incoming call, if one is already defined.
Cons: The sync between the mobile app and the desktop app could be better in terms of agent status.
Overall: Early days so far so we have some technical issues to iron out (which will be sorted with Cloudtalk's help) but overall experience has been great. The ability to call any country without worrying about costs and scalability makes life much simpler, and the integration with our CRM means it's simpler to work across the team. This is especially true during lockdown.

Pros: - Accepts billing address from numerous countries (in my case - India; this is extremely important as it makes it easier to show expenses during taxation).
- User-friendly interface which makes it easier for other executives to adopt quickly.
- Numerous integrations available although I use none of them.
- Ability to create SMS templates and send SMS' to clients from the software itself.
- Ability to have conference calls. I will use this feature soon.
- Ability to create separate groups for separate clients and divert specific clients to certain executives only.
- Ability to track all my executives and analyse the calls using the software itself.Cons: - I hope CloudTalk team can come up with more customizable options for the plans. At the moment I'm paying for a lot of features many of which I don't use.
- Google mail and drive integration, PLEASE. This is still not available.
- Video call feature to communicate with my team can be so helpful. Still missing sadly.
- Ability to download a PDF version for all the SMS is not available. This is possible for calls, but not from SMS', why? Please add this feature soon.Overall: CloudTalk is a great software but I believe it has the potential to be amazing. It has got all the basic things right, which is perfect but still missing a few key features. Adding these features will make a go to software for most companies. I hope the above mentioned features are added soon which will make our work effortless.

Pros: I have used a couple of softwares and nothing beats CloudTalk. It's easy to use and got all features you want.
Cons: There's nothing much. Some of the integrations needs improvement.

Pros: -It is very simple and easy to use and the interface is user-friendly.
-I was able to track calls, record them and also analyze the data to improve our metrics.
-The price of the software is very affordable especially for us, I run a startup and in our startup cloud talk is a lifesaver in terms of pricing.
-The quality of the calls, be it national or international, the audio was crisp and easy to hear and understand.Cons: -It needs a strong internet connection to function otherwise the audio gets a little bit distorted.
-Sometimes the solution takes a while to be solved but, they do follow up and update you with progress and solution.Overall: Overall, CloudTalk is a great and affordable software for national and international calling over the cloud, it provides you with a lot of functionality that helps you achieve your goals and increase your productivity.

Pros: User friendly and little to no system issues. Sound quality is very good and has all necessary features.
Cons: I actually like i as it is. Sometimes takes too long to upload call recordings or run updates but overall is fine.
Overall: So far is my favorite soft phone. I enjoy using it for wok on a daily basis and will continue doing it.
