Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The software is straightforward to use; the learning curve is effortless to overcome. The support is an added plus to its advantages because it helps to maintain excellent performance. Mixpanel has proven to be a successful program encompassing a very stable line of work through excellent mechanisms. Mixpanel's environment is quite lovely and provides many tools, especially analytics, to help understand our business's day-to-day running. Its interface is spotless, simple, and pleasing to the users' eye. My data analytics and interpretation of the data have played an essential role in our decision-making. This application has the advantages of giving us a prominent advance in the management and response of all our internal failures and give us an opportunity to take action on marketing and business campaigns. It allows us to perform management analysis on our website and social networks and give us predictive results to apply digital marketing strategies. We found that this application has provided us with innovation when receiving responses from our failures and giving us the opportunity to take marketing actions with its campaign management functions, tracking of interactions between users, analysis of our web pages and a predictive analysis to determine our opportunities in the market. Mixpanel offers an interesting proposal of analytics showing us accurate and clear statistics about the interaction that users have within our web portals. The specialty of this tool is that it offers us a detailed analysis that shows us what information within our page is most shared on social networks by users who visit us. Cons Mixpanel has no built-in guides to help solve problems without contacting support. The graphs could be improved, be more detailed, and I wouldn't say I like that they can't be exported from the application; the visualization is only possible within the dashboard. Its reporting functionality is excellent. We find it unfavorable that Mixpanel does not have an analysis and results in real time but every three hours or daily which does not allow us to take immediate action on any failure or opportunity. Similarly, it is a limitation that its extension is only for mobile devices and we consider that its usability would also be usable from a computer. Since Mixpanel is a purely mobile application, we find it difficult to manage its platform since it is more complete and professional through a computer on certain occasions. Similarly, it does not provide any kind of real-time data, whether data, reports and statistics. One of the biggest drawbacks that organizations that choose to use this service may encounter is that although they have a simple and practical functionality, it is necessary to have some training or prior technical knowledge so that no problems arise in the future due to the complexity of the analytical issue. Despite being a robust application full of exciting and powerful features, the interface never ceases to seem simple and easy to navigate, so I can access all the information I need and its functions without having to get lost between screens. (+) No effort in managing customer service. (+) Easy to engage with customers from anyplace. (+) Notification and reminders for customer requests. (+) Great User Interface. Intuitive SMS and email conversation platform to engage with customers. Reports are very insightful. Great email personalization feature. WebEngage is a super powerful cross channel marketing automation tool. It serves all my marketing needs within one dashboard making the analytics and re-marketing more effective. It features - - Drag and Drop based Workflow chart - A/B test pre-built campaigns template - Personalized communication based on user's interest history - Visual user life cycle campaigns - Supports channel - Mobile Push, Web Push, Emails marketing, SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, Facebook re-marketing etc. WebEngage is very effective in generating a marketing campaign. Using this tool is very easy. It gives you the ability to send personalized messages. It makes marketing campaigns into an automated campaign. Cons So far, WebEngage has not had anything that I dislike as an application. (-) We have an overall excellent experience with it. I never encountered any problem with this platform. WebEngage is fantastic marketing automation platform, with lots of flexibility and customization. No complains at all. Reports are not very informative and it lacks many data information.
