But it still worked fine.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It used to be a good service a few years ago - it was a CLX Communication brand in the past. After the acquisitions, it got only worse. They appeared to have all the functions I needed in their API but unfortunately, because of their horrendous support, we never got up and running with them. Cons They claim SMSes have been delivered and charge you even if the SMSes do not reach the destination—that is totally unacceptable. After some communication ping-pong, the service recommends resetting the headset! The problem persists for a few months now. As mentioned above, we never got "launched" with Sinch, and it was completely on them that we didn't.
