    Pros: Plivo offers Omni channel digital communication platform. It offers multiple ready to use voice calls tool to increase your efficiency without indulging much in in technology.
    It offers features as -
    * Play incall voice prompt.
    * Call recording and Auditing
    * Call transfer and queue management.
    * Trigger web and mobile push notification
    * Complete SMS solution.

    Cons: It works great, being an Omni channel platform it offers multiple services from a single platform making it very unique and easy to manage multiple processes from single dashboard.

    Overall: Plivo is a great tool which provides multiple solution for your call process, marketing with web push and SMS. The overall functionality it offers for the cal process is very much appealing and I personally like it most. It offers a feature to play any audio of your choice during any time of the call or hold you can select it to you pitch any offer or your brand music. It offers a very practical call transfer and queue management solution. It can be used to to send out SMS and set up auto responder for your inbound flow.
