    "Unreliable"

    Pros: It used to be a good service a few years ago - it was a CLX Communication brand in the past. After the acquisitions, it got only worse.

    Cons: They claim SMSes have been delivered and charge you even if the SMSes do not reach the destination—that is totally unacceptable. After some communication ping-pong, the service recommends resetting the headset!
    The problem persists for a few months now.

    Overall: A pity to turn a good service into such crap.
    I've spent thousands of euros with them, and it is definitely time to find something else.

    "Extremely slow support service"

    Pros: They appeared to have all the functions I needed in their API but unfortunately, because of their horrendous support, we never got up and running with them.

    Cons: As mentioned above, we never got "launched" with Sinch, and it was completely on them that we didn't.

    Overall: As previously mentioned due to terrible support, I guess we could consider ourselves one of the lucky ones. We were able to find out how bad this company is before ever getting anything off the ground with them.
