Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros MSG91 is leading provider of A2P messaging service. I use it for Transaction related SMS, The success delivery rate is very attractive. Some of the unique features of Msg91 are as- 1. Send OTP 2.0 2. Transactional message allowed over DND enabled data. 3. They have plugin for Spreadsheet/Excel, Wordpress, Magneto, WooCommerce etc. 4. Voice Failover 5. Omnichannel Flow Cons Msg91 is providing quality service, that's the reason we are using this for our transaction related SMS. I'm satisfied with their services. No complaints.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It used to be a good service a few years ago - it was a CLX Communication brand in the past. After the acquisitions, it got only worse. They appeared to have all the functions I needed in their API but unfortunately, because of their horrendous support, we never got up and running with them. Cons They claim SMSes have been delivered and charge you even if the SMSes do not reach the destination—that is totally unacceptable. After some communication ping-pong, the service recommends resetting the headset! The problem persists for a few months now. As mentioned above, we never got "launched" with Sinch, and it was completely on them that we didn't.
