Pros: I am using it from last 1 year and i am just loving it. Everything is fine. Call flow, Setup and easy to use. must use for business.
Cons: Voice studio should be free. Rest everything is fine. Sometimes calls quality is not that good, while calling to Australia, caller on the other hand can not hear properly.
Overall: Excellent service from MightyCall. Their initial review system took around 3 days to get my account activated but after that everything is just like awesome. no problem at all.

Pros: Very affordable and works very well among my small team. It is very easy to explain to anyone who has never used mighty call before and is very easy to change and find needed settings.
Cons: Not as flexible with settings while using the mobile app. Sometimes does not properly alert notifications on mobile.
Overall: My overall impression of this VoIP Tool is amazing with easy to use settings and a straight forward process. 9/10 will be using for a long time to come.

Pros: Customer Service is always available to answer and questions my team and I might have about our account. Admin accounts are very user friendly and there are video available for those that needs them to be successful with the accounts.
Cons: I wish I could learn how to transfer calls from the app to my teammates. This seems to be the hardest part of my MightyCall Account.
Overall: Overall, this is an affordable system that anyone can use for their business. Especially call center like mine.

Pros: Very easy and fast to add numbers, set up team numbers and get new voicemails and add them to the call flow. Very reasonable price.
Cons: On the mobile app you don't have quite as much freedom as you do on a desktop/laptop. Call flow can be a little confusing when new to the system.
Overall: I have had an amazing time using MightyCall and found to very easy to make needed changes. Nicely priced.

Pros: They have a great set system, We also used their toll to record for us, it's very good! And we would recommend it.
Cons: Everything is good just that there is only available time to choose a number.

Pros: It is easily customizable to how you want your phones to work. The tech support is also great and always know how to resolve any issues if any issues come up.
Cons: if I had to really pick on something then I would just saying pricing could be a little better. Like a bigger discount for yearly payments.
Overall: We have had the best experience with customization and tech support! We have used services like 8x8 and before that phone service provided by our internet service provider but MightyCall has been the best!

Pros: You can easily call using VOIP method. Simple and greatly integrated helpdesk solution. No complexity in setup this tool. It's a cloud-based calling platform. So it saves from hardware purchases.
Cons: It works best. It gave us great service. We migrated because it's supporting a small size business.
Overall: We used MightyCall in the past. It helps us to solve our helpdesk limitation. Using MightyCall now can communicate and resolve customers' issues on voice calls. It's best for small businesses.

Pros: Pricing for a team of 5 is great! Actually, their pricing was our main reason for signing up. The initial set up was smooth and simple, and we didn’t have to wait too long to port over our numbers.
Cons: No particular complaints at the moment. Working stable.
Overall: Positive overall. We noticed that the product is growing, new features added, The app is also really stable. We wish MightyCall all the best and become the number one in US and worldwide!

Pros: We are a team of 3, but we are not billed per user. The connection is ok.
Cons: Wishing there was a desktop app or an extension to browser (Chrome preferably)
Overall: Lots of features for a great price & easy to use. Fine with me.

Pros: Generally my experience has been really positive. MightyCall has a lot of great features. What I most like about MightyCall is that we can use it on our desk phones and without having to rent the phones themselves. The setup was pretty easy.
Cons: Only thing is that API integration with a basic CRM is missing.
Overall: Very effective system for the money. Easy to use.

Pros: Easy to use, support helped me with settings. I've been using this software for about 3 months. So far so good.
Cons: It was hard to set voicemail greeting, had to call support.
Overall: MightyCall seems to work very well and staff is very helpful.
