Pros: The portal is very easy to use. Our Account Rep Victor Cooper is very responsive and helpful! Tech Support is also very responsive and quick to hop on an issue.
Cons: We have to forward all number to a Mastercard number, so there's always a double charge which makes it rather expensive. We forward many of our numbers directly out to vendors and TFF.com pricing is astronomical to UK and other countries direct.
Overall: Overall a great partnership. Everyone is very responsive and helpful when I need information on numbers available in countries and getting new numbers.
