Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great support, super low pricing, and ton of features for free. I'm able to have a virtual fax number, 400 minutes of calling per month, and a 800 number all for $9.99/month. It's awesome. Cons However, the mobile app is very glitchy. It's hard to send messages, and I find myself often switching WiFi and Cellular on and off in an attempt to send messages. Also, not HIPAA Compliant which sucks for our business.		Pros from Real Users Pros The portal is very easy to use. Our Account Rep Victor Cooper is very responsive and helpful! Tech Support is also very responsive and quick to hop on an issue.
