Pros: Very helpful and provided well-experienced knowledge patiently. The assistant patiently kept in touch with me when I could not solve the problem quickly. It was helpful that the assistant gave me several options to try out. It was comforting that I could personally get to reach the assistant. Inexpensive communication tool.

Cons: Time difference. I could not contact or reach the assistant immediately, but we can’t do anything about this.

It takes a while (more than a minute) for a caller to wait to finally reach other party, when I try to call. And, in my case, I have to call several times to get my line connected.
