Cons There are a few scams reported by individuals and users of this software. I have personally not faced any issues so far. I used it for a direct mail campaign we were testing into and it was very easy to get a live look at calls made from the postcards. • It integrates many business tools including Slack and Hubspot. • Easy to visualize data and great call intelligence. • Helps to capture and bring business leads. • Powerful reports and lead management platform. We use this for our clients when running ads. It's the best way to easily swap out numbers on your site for tracking ones. Cons I felt like I really needed to go back and make sure I wasn't overpaying. It ended up with me paying 3 months of services that I really didn't need because I didn't carefully check upon signup. • We had an overall positive experience with it. Some people struggle with the concept of how it works but it does wonders.
