	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Eventually Delivered: The project was completed and delivered after extensive delays. Initial Testing: There were a few testing sessions before the final delivery. Nothing. Cons Excessive Delay: Signed in October 2023, but project wasn’t delivered until November 2024—nearly a year of waiting. Poor Functionality: Once live, the WhatsApp bot only worked sporadically; most customers were met with inaccurate responses, leading to frustration. Customer Attrition: The bot’s subpar performance caused many customers to leave the chat, resulting in lost bookings and business. Financial Losses: Investments in multiple ad campaigns failed to yield returns because the bot did not properly handle inquiries. Lack of Support: Despite repeated requests and formal complaints, the support team did not provide the necessary assistance, leaving issues unresolved. The hardware quality is poor, with only a PC motherboard and HDD installed. Tech support is inadequate, and the product seems to be just rebranded FreePBX core. After-sales support is lacking, even during the warranty period, and I've encountered unprofessional behavior from both the sales and tech teams on multiple occasions
