With a little know-how, you can make Spiceworks your mission control for all the networks you serve. Spiceworks allows you to collect network info from all your client sites (over secure HTTPS), then consolidate and manage it all from one single, convenient spot! After a quick setup in Spiceworks, each of your clients can have their very own custom user portal to submit help desk tickets, and they’ll all get funneled to your central Spiceworks installation. The multi-site help desk management capabilities provide each client with their own Active Directory authentication for security. You can also easily browse all your open help tickets in the same place, auto-assign tickets to your team based on client, create detailed reports, and more! IT’s on the go! Open, close, assign, and even respond to help desk tickets right from your mobile device, all with a few simple text commands. Now you can manage all client requests whether you’re onsite, at lunch, or even on the golf course!
