    "Peace of mind for a small business with no IT team"

    Pros: Incredible levels of control and visibility, solid backup and security monitoring; very helpful AI throughout the platform if we’re stuck on what needs fixing and how to fix it, simple portal for non-technical staff.

    Cons: Occasionally the detail is more than a non-technical user needs, however I understand this is geared as luck towards service providers as it is direct client consumers like ourselves.

    Overall: As a small business with no IT team, Helios gives us confidence that backups and security run and threats are caught. Clear when it matters, quiet when it doesn't. Also the AI features throughout are super helpful
