Pros: Helps us manage and monitor our sophisticated network set up. Staying on top of network and device happenings before ConnectWise Command was a tough task.
Cons: None so far. ConnectWise Command does everything we've needed it to so far.
Overall: ConnectWise Command was really gamechanging for our IT department. It tightened up our entire operation and now we have great vision into our entire client network and servers.
