Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Incredible levels of control and visibility, solid backup and security monitoring; very helpful AI throughout the platform if we’re stuck on what needs fixing and how to fix it, simple portal for non-technical staff. Cons Occasionally the detail is more than a non-technical user needs, however I understand this is geared as luck towards service providers as it is direct client consumers like ourselves.
