	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Jiminny is great, the platform is intuitive, slick and does everything you expect. I like how you can put in key words and themes and then see what are the typical conversations you are having with your prospects. It’s also great place to learn from other colleagues as you can quite easily see and compare your calls with your colleagues. The drop in call feature is also amazing for those times when you don’t want to intimidate your prospect with too many faces on call but also listen live I love how easy it is for me to share links to prospects after demonstrations. Amazing UI and UX. Support chat is always very responsive. Love the AI Intelligence, Transcript and coaching features. -Awesome support team -Good tutorials -Improves team collaboration and success -Great tool to self-coach and improve -Easy setup -HubSpot integration works perfectly -The meeting notetaker is prompt and the transcriptions are pretty spot-on As a new hire at my company, Jiminny has been incredibly helpful in learning my role and my company's product. I use Jiminny daily to watch my colleagues on demo calls, client check-ins, and renewal calls, and it has also been vital to review myself as I begin to have calls of my own. The integration to Hubspot and Gmail also makes it incredibly effective. Cons Not much to say, it does the job well. Sometimes Jiminny won’t join till later in the call or that it won’t pick up audio on some calls and the transcription isn't always accurate. Sometimes the transcript isn't accurate but still workable for sharing with prospects. Sometimes have connection issues due to cache and have to do a full reset at times. -Setup could be challenging for non-technical people -At times, has a hard time deciphering phone call transcriptions for who is speaking (not a big deal as you can get the gist of the call regardless) -Automated call and meeting scoring set-up could be improved upon The only con I can think of is the Notetaker taking a few minutes to join the call. It would be better if the Notetaker joined immediately.
