Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love Brevo for simplistic yet robust email marketing tools that allow for automated campaigns, transactional emails, and more. Its SMTP tools and API allow for easy integration with WordPress and is useful for sending mails. The dashboard has really nice graphs and analytics, with support for filters to better understand data. It also send periodic emails to me keeping me up to date with all account activities. It continues to offer a comprehensive marketing suite even in the free version so that people can test it fully & then purchase the premium features. It has an amazing user friendly interface when i use it, It was very easy t catch up will the features likes contact upload, segmentation, template design, setting up email campaign. The analytics features is also worthy as it helps you measure the effectiveness of your email campaigns. The biggest positive impact I experienced after implementing Sendinblue is in sales growth. It helps to bring in more customers. It helps to deliver more personalized emails using its automated algorithm. You can drag and drop from pre-built layouts to customize the interface. • Email importing process was seamless. • Lots of automation features to send emails, like scheduling and segmentation. • We got high delivery and conversion rate. • It also offers an integrated landing page builder. • Easy to design and build email layouts. Cons Nothing in particular, although I am not a fan of there super high pricing for pay-as-you-go plans. It can be brought at par with the periodic subscriptions. While it excels in marketing communication there are some considerations. The learning curve for mastering advanced features may be steep for users new to marketing automation. The only drawback i encountered is it only offers 300 emails in its free version. I think it should be around 500-1000 emails for the people who are testing & trying it to use it for a longer time. Sometimes it sends multiple duplicate emails to same users. • Till now we haven't found any downside regarding this software. Despite being a robust application full of exciting and powerful features, the interface never ceases to seem simple and easy to navigate, so I can access all the information I need and its functions without having to get lost between screens. (+) No effort in managing customer service. (+) Easy to engage with customers from anyplace. (+) Notification and reminders for customer requests. (+) Great User Interface. Intuitive SMS and email conversation platform to engage with customers. Reports are very insightful. Great email personalization feature. WebEngage is a super powerful cross channel marketing automation tool. It serves all my marketing needs within one dashboard making the analytics and re-marketing more effective. It features - - Drag and Drop based Workflow chart - A/B test pre-built campaigns template - Personalized communication based on user's interest history - Visual user life cycle campaigns - Supports channel - Mobile Push, Web Push, Emails marketing, SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, Facebook re-marketing etc. WebEngage is very effective in generating a marketing campaign. Using this tool is very easy. It gives you the ability to send personalized messages. It makes marketing campaigns into an automated campaign. Cons So far, WebEngage has not had anything that I dislike as an application. (-) We have an overall excellent experience with it. I never encountered any problem with this platform. WebEngage is fantastic marketing automation platform, with lots of flexibility and customization. No complains at all. Reports are not very informative and it lacks many data information.
