Pros: What I appreciate most is the centralized control. Integration with our directory was straightforward, allowing us to push updates to specific departments via groups instantly. It completely removes the "human error" element where employees used to have outdated logos or broken links. The ability to schedule marketing banners for specific periods is also a massive plus for our communication team.

Cons: While the tool is powerful, the drag-and-drop designer can be a bit finicky with precise alignment occasionally. It takes a little bit of patience to get the HTML rendering exactly right across all mail clients.
