Crossware Mail Signature

Pros: Very easy to operate and delegate. Any department in our company can now create stunning signatures in a matter of time.

Cons: Cannot quite see your own signature when sending an email but the receiver definitely gets the mail signature

Overall: We have used a few mail signature softwares and were having multiple issues with customising and training the departments with using it on a daily basis. Crossware Mail Signature Software solved this problem with ease. The software is a breeze to work on and the signature designer is fantastic.

Pros: Easily manage users and push a consistent brand image. The signatures look great and work well on a PC, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. We have also switched from Microsoft to a google workspace suite and all our signatures and assets ported perfectly in one seamless transition. The support staff is quite prompt to respond as well.

Cons: Haven't come across any as of now but will update.

Overall: Crossware is a very powerful mail signature that has a seamless transition between client and server applications. The support is great and our signatures have never looked better.

Cons: The rules are a bit tough to understand especially if you do not have an IT background.

The signature designer is quite powerful and has easily handled anything we have thrown at it. If you are in the market for a centralised mail signature software, you should definitely consider Crossware.

Pros: I really like the customisable options as you can build the signatures on the cloud with each element as its separate block.

Cons: Nothing really as of this time but will update if there are.

Overall: Crossware lets me add display rules to each block of our signature and allows us to decide how we want our Email Signature to look and be applied.

Overall: Crossware was easy to setup. No software installation and has one of the most powerful and seamless signature editors.

Pros: Quite easy to set up and centralized management helps save time. We are a company that constantly changes our offers and promotions and Crossware helps us be on top of all our mail signatures.

Cons: Could be a bit quicker. Feels a bit laggy but I chatted with someone in the support and they mentioned that an update will fix it.

Overall: It has a very easy setup process. Keeps us in the loop of all the new promotions and offers offered by the company at a glance.
