Cons: - Signature editor is a bit slow/clunky
- Feels more geared towards Office 365 environments vs. Google Workspace; some features lacking or unintuitive in Google. For example group email addresses etc. are harder to get signatures added to in Google vs. Office 365
- Support can be a bit slow; had to jump through hurdles to switch the server instances we are using (our free trial defaulted to a US-based instance when we are actually based in Australia, resulting in slow performance - took a while to get this fixed)

Overall: Overall it's been a solid product, pretty easy to get working.

I've found the support/documentation particularly for Google Workspace is a bit lacking as opposed to Office 365.

Pros: The product makes it easy to create and manage signatures.

Cons: The license removal is only available on an annual basis.

Overall: Exclaimer makes it very easy to design and manage signatures, and we can do very complex signature scenarios very smoothly.

Pros: -Uses AD or AAD/Entra ID to grab data/info for the signature so you don't need to change every single thing or visit their console just for it.
-Once it's setup, it works like a charm

Cons: -Had some weird bugs (what program doesn't) where it wouldn't format correctly after a reply, but it was resolved by the support team after a few weeks.
-Console could use a UI update...

Overall: Overall, the product works as advertised. We get to have every single user with the signature attached to their emails to advertise our products whenever there is something new and makes sys admin's job easy by only needing to worry about the AD/AAD/Entra ID portion.

Pros: Nice visuals, really brightened up our email signatures and got the company aligned to our new branding

Cons: Not the easiest UX/UI form an upload point of view

Overall: Not bad overall, but some improvements to ease of use would make a big difference. We would recommend for helping to make branding consistent in emails across the team

Pros: The visuals of the email signatures are amazing. We have a lot of detail and were able to customise the size to our liking.

Cons: Took us a very long time to get it up and running. We have been working on implementing this for around 4 months.

Overall: The result is what we wanted it to be . We are now able to have a uniformed email signature to uphold our brand across the business.

Pros: - The ability to add hyperlinks to your signature that look clean.
- Adds personality to your emails rather than the boring Google ones.
- You don't have to worry about adding loads of links etc to your emails as its all there.
- Brilliant support team to help you through the process.

Cons: - Took a little longer than expected to set up.
- Have to add a lot of manual info to your employees signatures

Overall: I would definitely recommend if you are looking to add some character to your emails and even A/B test different links.

Pros: - Ability to create a bespoke signature within your own brand guidelines
- you can change signatures with different teams
- I can turn off different content of the signature depending on what we have in google admin.

Cons: I found it really challenging to set up and very difficult with support.
It was sold as a super easy thing to set up, but the reality it was a lot of back and fourth with support and no dedicated CSM

Overall: A good tool to manage signatures but difficult to set up, especially with google admin. Potentially the templates are easier to use.

Pros: The end look of the signature is fantastic and works dynamically which is great. Creates the uniform brand that we are looking for and ensures everyone is aligned across the business in all geographies.

Cons: Configuration and effort need to onboard and get this successfully working took a lot longer than expected.
We use Gsuite and works well on the web version however on the mail apps it doesn't show the signature and stamps it after send (server side) end users don't always know they have it.

Overall: Now that the onboarding and hard work is completed the signatures does exactly what it should. great look and feel.

Pros: The flexibility of the signature customisation is impressive. The best feature is conditional fields, where the visibility of a field (such as a mobile number) can be conditional based on things such as the existence of an attribute. This is super helpful. It means I can have a single signature design for my company, but still offer flexibility to those users that wish to show their mobile number, as an example. You can also easily preview the results in real-time based on real user information. Lastly, the rules are very flexible also, you can create multiple signatures and have them trigger based on lots of configurable options, eg time of day, sender, recipient, attribute value.

Another nice feature I only recently discovered is for the Exclaimer to retrospectively update the users signature in their sent items folder as users don't see their signature when composing a new email, but exclaimer will update this email after it is sent, so when users go look in their Sent Items folder, the signature appears in the sent mail. Neat.

Integration is easy to setup. We are syncing directly from Azure AD, which is in turn syncs from our on-prem Active Directory. You choose which AD attributes you want to sync, which can then show up in Exclaimer for use in a signature.

Support a super responsive. New cases are attended to fast with always helpful responses. I have a lot of confidence in their support staff.

Cons: One nice feature would be to have a different rules to show different information based on the location the recipient opens the signature. For example. if the recipient opens the signature in North America, show a US telephone number, if they open the signature in Europe, then show a EU telephone number, etc.

You can increase the number of licensed users during your term, but cannot decrrease. Also, be aware of when you sign up and what the renewal date is. The renewal date is not advertised on your account. Therefore, if you want to reduce the number of licensed users (giving 30 days notice) you would need to do this in advance of the renewal date, which is not advertised.

Overall: If you need a feature-rich, flexible, and easy way to manage email signatures, with a fully cloud-based solution, then look no further than Exclaimer. I'm not aware of any alternative that is so powerful. Pricing is fair.

Overall: I've used Exclaimer at other companies before. When MycoMedica designed a standard template, we were unable to uniformly apply it to different platforms (e.g.: Outlook Desktop, Outlook iOS, etc.). Exclaimer allowed us to use the same design for designated users across all our platforms.

Pros: The tool is very Intuitive to use and provides easy integration with MS365. There are numerous good template options to get started with.

Cons: Sometimes dealing with images is a bit odd, but not major.

Overall: The process of subscribing to creation to implementation was quite painless. I liked how easy it was to connect with MS365.

Overall: In conclusion, we are pleased with our experience using Exclaimer templates for our email communications. We find them to be highly effective and beneficial for our needs. Based on our positive experience, we enthusiastically endorse this product and would recommend it to others seeking reliable and professional email template solutions.

Cons: Non found so far, we have found this product to be fully integratable.

Overall: Support was great and attentive. Easy to use product. Few different ways to integrate signatures into emails, including a deployed agent if required (not necessary).

Cons: None... only wish I'd found it earlier. This need has been around for years.

Overall: From an administrator perspective this tool allows us to control email signatures from a corporate level to ensure consistency. It also allows for flexibility within that framework. So its not just one signature fits all... we can make customizations for everyone if needed.

Pros: Very easy to setup, design and use. I love that signature could be hidden and attach to each user, making all company signatures unified.

Cons: I do not really like the design platform, I wish there were more tools to customize my own icons and other items. It is not clear who I should contact in case I want to add and modify my current signature. Also I think it would be really cool if I can add banners to specific users when they are going to be away from the office instead of having the need to create a separate signature and include and exclude them from groups.

Overall: I have been having an excellent experience. I love the application, as well it makes my job way easier.

Pros: Exclaimer could improve on making more professionally modern templates. Other than that, the product works great.

Pros: We enjoy the overall ease of use and reliability of Exclaimer's email signature solution. I can't remember the last outage we had with it. Modifying the signatures for promotions when needed is easy for us as long as we stay within the same formatting. Exclaimer has always been helpful in getting what we need set up. Especially getting our custom font deployed to Exclaimer, that was important for us. Support helped us get it deployed and adjusted.

Cons: The initial setup can be finicky. Getting all the fields to stack correctly can take some time but the preview feature helps a lot. Getting signature application order correct was a bit of a pain but the last time we had to change signature order it was a better experience.

Overall: We like Exclaimer a lot. Once setup was complete we haven't really had to worry about it. It's done everything we need for over eight years and we foresee being Exclaimer customers for years to come.

Pros: The automatic signatures on emails are fantastic, and the way you can customise the signature based on certain conditions is great. The customer support was quick and simple.

Cons: Just a little slow loading speed on the signatures but unsure if this is just outlook being outlook.
