Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Easy to get setup - Works easily and consistently - Allows you to preview signatures within Exclaimer The product makes it easy to create and manage signatures. -Uses AD or AAD/Entra ID to grab data/info for the signature so you don't need to change every single thing or visit their console just for it. -Once it's setup, it works like a charm Nice visuals, really brightened up our email signatures and got the company aligned to our new branding The visuals of the email signatures are amazing. We have a lot of detail and were able to customise the size to our liking. Cons - Signature editor is a bit slow/clunky - Feels more geared towards Office 365 environments vs. Google Workspace; some features lacking or unintuitive in Google. For example group email addresses etc. are harder to get signatures added to in Google vs. Office 365 - Support can be a bit slow; had to jump through hurdles to switch the server instances we are using (our free trial defaulted to a US-based instance when we are actually based in Australia, resulting in slow performance - took a while to get this fixed) The license removal is only available on an annual basis. -Had some weird bugs (what program doesn't) where it wouldn't format correctly after a reply, but it was resolved by the support team after a few weeks. -Console could use a UI update... Not the easiest UX/UI form an upload point of view Took us a very long time to get it up and running. We have been working on implementing this for around 4 months.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Been using Rocketseed for 5 years now, for 5 locations. I really liked how easy and user friendly the interface was. It was super easy to train any new hires and very intuitive to use, no one has to have any special skill set to use it (except maybe graphic design if you want to send a fully designed email). It's pretty clean and uncluttered too, so you aren't lost trying to find your way around the analytics etc. It made it really easy that we could create a basic template that worked for us and just swap out imagery as needed. Everything is very customizable, from the emails you want to send, to the footers, the sender, the reply, and the analytics are pretty robust. I can't imagine you won't be able to find what you need in there. Also offers split testing of subject lines which helped us quite a bit. Oh and customer service is responsive, you will usually just deal with the same person and they always respond fast. Also offers audience segmentation, and is super easy to upload new emails by simply importing a spreadsheet, so if your business collects emails say, through wifi sign up, it's pretty simple just to drop them into the database. The ability to have all employees have a unified email signature has been very helpful. The email signatures and banners drive a lot of traffic to our website and to our event registration pages. Our Customer Success Manager and the Client Services team are very responsive. I love our company signatures, we have a lot of traffic going to our website from our signature links. I love the tracking report that comes to my email weekly. I also think Rocketseed has the best customer service, whenever I need help they are right on top of everything. I highly recommend Rocketseed! My Customer Account Manager has been super responsive, helpful, timely, and available all the time. She has always responded very quickly to my questions and was more than willing to set up a call to introduce herself and explain the features of my company's account with Rocketseed. We’ve been very happy with the uniform look of all our signatures since partnering with Rocketseed a few years ago. Everyone on my team has a nice clean signature regardless of what device they are using to send emails. Excellent customer service and quick response times when we have a new team member or change to a signature. I also like that the customer cannot tell if I’m responding from my computer sitting in the office or from my phone on vacation, email and signatures are identical. Cons There really wasn't anything I had an issue with. I think it beats out most email tools, especially if you are worried about your emails having a nice aesthetic. Not really a con, but I would prefer the ability create email signatures myself. The setup of signature templates isn't as user friendly as I'd like to see it. There hasn't been anything I dislike so far. The only thing I wish I had the ability to do is to edit the links/design of the signature and update/change contact information for employees. Really no complaints. It was a great integration and everyone on our team is happy with it.
