    Pros: I like the ability and flexibility of the company Sonetel that gives the costumes having local phone number and long distance number all around the world using virtual numbers.

    Cons: Sometimes I get phone calls from us and other countries
    speaking to me in Chinese.

    Overall: Use the product for more than 2 years, satisfied with the company most for personal service calls when traveling around the world

    Pros: Looking good as solution with the virtual number option for many users to achieve their objectives.

    Cons: Some UI issues are there which are not acceptable and need to be solved urgently.

    Cost estimations are also one of the factors which need to be considered as most of the users are from developing countries.

    Pros: It is easy to navigate through the portal and customize the service according to one's needs. It will be better if customers can be educated on using virtual assistant features etc.

    Cons: If the numbers can be vetted in True caller so that it is not mentioned as spam etc then that will be perfect.

    Overall: Great customer service and at a good price point. I like the user interface and the ability to customize the product as per my needs.

    Pros: Easy to set up, fast replies from support, we've been using it for quite a long time and there were no major issues so far.

    Cons: So far so good, maybe the autoreply function is not working the way we thought it would be but in general everything is ok.

    Overall: Great service with easy set up, a little bit complicated at some point but great in general, would recommend to try.

    Pros: Easy to use platform to manage multiple numbers across your actual and virtual offices around the world. Makes it easy to set up rules of call routing amongst your team. Priced reasonably.

    Cons: Some countries require extra steps to obtain local numbers so it's not instant but Sonetel reviews documents quickly.

    Overall: Can highly recommend. Tried 3 other providers and liked this one the best considering geographical coverage, features and price.

    Pros: Call quality, billing services, customer service and support are all excellent. Union Calls is very satisfied with your professional services. We at Union Calls are excited to avail more services from Sonetel.

    Cons: No more phone support is available. Phone support needs to be resumed. Email support takes a longer time to provide necessary support. For premium usage, more calling minutes are required to be given, if possibly not in the existing price then in that case the price needs to be increased. Even in case of the premium usage, after the minutes are exhausted there is no option of recharge the premium in the same month, which is again a big problem. These points are needed to be taken care. Thanks.

    Overall: Over all Sonetel is excellent. Using the service for about 7 years now. As said, Call quality, billing services, customer service and support are all excellent.     Pros: Sonetel's rep Shazia responds almost straight away. She is kind, courteous, professional, and direct.

    Cons: Not all reps are created equal and I wish more reps were like Sonetel's Shazia.

    Overall: Specific to Sonetel - you get many different numbers to choose from. Some of their prices are the best and others are about average.

    Call quality is decent to good. Easy to use. But their Twitter support is useless. You have to email them for help and with your questions.

    Pros: I have been referred to Sonetel through a frustrated customer/ friend of mine. He had complaints like delayed response, late replies, slow complaint rectification, technical glitches and a lot more. But still he referred Sonetel to me. When I asked the reason that it was all during the covid 19 period and whole world was stuck in a different kind of problem.
    Before and after covid era he was satisfied with Sonetel. And since the covid is under control, Sonetel performance too improved by multiple folds.

    He used virtual phones of many other companies too but he rated Sonetel on the top of all. End of the story- He is completely satisfied with the performance of Sonetel.

    Cons: Delayed response (during covid times).
    Lot of technical glitches (during covid times).

    Overall: Overall experience is good. Quality, pricing, delivery and after sales is great. Keep it up and keep improving. Team Sonetel is good in listening to clients

    Pros: Sonetel has flexible payment system tailored to your needs. The voice service is clear and very audible. The support team are very responsive and the entry process of getting a virtual SIM is simple and easy as long as you have all documents ready.

    Cons: Not at all. The premium subscription seems to be very expensive for me hence the choice for a yearly plan whilst recharging my wallet at will.

    Overall: Sonetel is the best! I have been using the service for the past 4 years and it meet my needs. I will recommend this service to anyone at any time

    Cons: Dialing function could have better designed. But it should be OK.

    Pros: I was having trouble trying to verify my own number with Sonetel. For some reason, my own mobile couldn't receive the Sonetel verification SMS.

    I reached out to their support email and was surprised that an actual human called me back to manually verify my number!

    Shazia was very patient and even called me back twice after the first call was abruptly disconnected.

    Cons: I am not sure the reason why I couldn't receive the Sonetel SMS verification. Maybe it's a problem with my carrier; I don't know.

    Overall: My overall experience with Sonetel has been fine, so far. They do exactly what they say they do in their website.
