Pros: It's easy to use. You can add multiple phone number to get calls. Even you can purchase outside country numbers.

Cons: I did not see the call history in the mobile app. They should work on it.

Overall: My experience is really very good. I would highly recommend to everyone to use this app.

Pros: The customer service team was very helpful. The associate who supported my engagement with this product made the process a lot easier, with prompt and informative responses. He was also very patient and helped me through the process.

Cons: No cons come to mind. I felt that the associate was very welcoming and responsive.

Overall: I would certainly recommend this to others. Though I have not used the service very much, I have so far found it a helpful product.

Pros: In no certain order: 1.) It just works; 2.) very reasonable costs; 3.) when there are issues, the customer service is prompt, consistent, and they actually make an effort to help. (this is a little bit rare in today's society)

Cons: The mobile phone apps are still "quirky". Sometimes the old Sonetel app works better than the Sonetel 2 app (like when downloading address books).

Overall: Even when I have issues, they make it works and/or educate me when I need help. I have been using Sonetel for 7+ years and although I sometimes try other providers, I always come back to Sonetel.

Pros: Sonetel provides top solutions for toll-free phone numbers that are perfect for allowing the customers of our various markets to reach our company.

Cons: Nothing really to complain about. Sonetel covers all our needs.

Overall: Cost-effective solutions with usage billing and multiple configuration options for a tailor-made solution. Excellent and quick assistance from the support team is worth mentioning as well.

Pros: The system is easy to configure, it has a good price compared to local providers which offer similar things but with less self-configuration and higher fixed costs.
We also had a good support response when needed.

Cons: - Verification of the account before activation of the phone number. It took a couple of uploads of proofs to be verified even I thing all were correct and quality of the proof were good.

Overall: The experience is positive. We just got a local number, forwarded to cell phones, is an easy way. Easy to configure.

Cons: Price for the line is close to what other competitors offer. However, calls per minute are somewhat pricy. It would be nice if they offered free calls when they are done over the internet. No SMS option but this could be because of lack of support from certain countries using a virtual number.

Overall: Easy set-up experience for international numbers. Your line gets activated quickly. Customer support is ready to help you with the verification process to get your international line up and running.

Pros: Having a Sonetel number is a great way to have either personal friends and family staying in touch with you while abroad, without them being charged international call rates. The same holds true for co-workers, business associates and customers.

Cons: The Sonetel app has room for improvement and especially when your mobile device uses an e-sim. Still, a great way of using an app to utilize your Sonetel number while traveling.

Overall: I have been using Sonetel for many years and I am satisfied by the service, the call rates and their customer service. You feel that they really care for their customers which great and highly needed in this fast moving passed world !
