    Pros: Fast customer service and verification time.
    Reasonable prices.
    User-friendly interface.
    Fast call-forwarding

    Cons: The information of the verification to be need should be given at the very beginning of the web page before submitting or buying the product. If it already is, it should be highlighted. If the service wasn't that fast, It would be very disappointing.

    Overall: Apart from what I wrote in the Cons section, the system and the staff are good. Recommended.

    "Our phone calls are captured"

    Pros: The main purpose for us is to capture the phone calls per Sonetel voicemail for the past 4+ years I think.
    That works well and it is easy. The odd question we have for their support team is answered quickly and with information we asked for.

    Cons: We have not experienced any issues and if there is one, their support team is fast and friendly with replies.

    Overall: We have a good experience. The main purpose for us is to capture the phone calls per Sonetel voicemail for the past 4 years.

    Pros: Splendid service and really quick at answering any types of questions, always eager to be helpful in every way!! Phone calls and payment-always working great!

    Cons: I've never had any problems ever. And if I've ever wondered about something they have always been very helpful and service-minded.

    Overall: Never had any problems at all! I wish every company had the same quality. I highly recommend Sonetel!

    Pros: Very nice application. Customer service is also very reactive and willing to help. Would rate it as 5/5.

    Cons: So far I did not encounter any major issue. I had a few questions that were answered thoroughly by customer care team.

    Pros: Fast support.
    Straight to the point with the answers.
    backed up the answers with links to guides.
    Friendly support agents.

    Cons: I honestly cant say anything negative about this service, i got exactly the help i needed to get started fast and effectively. I would strongly recommend this service to any business person that is in need of their products and services.

    Overall: I needed help with activating my account and learning how the software worked and the support agent Abdul M, was both fast and effective with helping me learning the platform and activating it.

    "My experience with Sonetel (Only two days so far)"

    Pros: I have never called yet.But I like the idea of having a US Cell phone number at a good price.

    So far support has been great.
    Vikas is the person that has answered all my questions very quickly and with the right answers.
    Unfortunately I have not used my phone number yet and nobody has called me to that number so far.
    I just called to my number yesterday, November 4, 2021 and I was very glad to see in my iPhone screen my US Number calling me. That is exactly what I needed.
    My Bank In the US told me that it was imperative that I get a US Cell Number. That is why I needed this number.

    Cons: So far... Nothing at all. I will have to wait a little longer in order to be able to answer this particular box.

    Overall: I have just started (on November 4, 2021) so only thing I can praise is the attention from support. It was very important.

    Pros: 1) The process of verifying each client like me is outstanding.
    2) Verifying address and individual using the utility bill and ID proof is done with in 4 hrs.

    Cons: Debit cards are not getting accepted for payment.

    Pros: Having an alternate number for such effective prices makes it easy for contacting my team out of country.

    Cons: None. But one nice upgrade on retaining the number for longer period could be helpful. As, at times, the number isn't used for a month while using applications like Teams.

    Overall: I was struggling between switching the sim every time I was to receive a call from my work (from outside the country). Having Sonetel for such effective prices is really helpful.

    Pros: I carry my business in my backpack.
    Excellent support team.
    You help my customers trust me as they contact my company through a local line.

    Cons: Interfaces can improve.
    Need contact the support team to the almost new setup process.
    Lack of help pages on the website.
    You can't change to a new plan without losing the old number.

    Overall: I'll keep trusting you!
    You should improve online written help, which will also help to reduce salaries expenses.

Are there some specific interfaces that need improvements? What is it that you found difficult doing? What kind of setup was hard to do? We have a help section at our web site - what article was missing? What plan change was it that caused loss of old number?     Pros: Really loved the customer support. UI is pretty simple and the solution is very cost-effective.

    Cons: Should allow to register on WhatsApp with the Virtual Number, Can be deal-breaker for some people.

    Overall: Recommended. I don't think there's any other provider at this price point.

    Pros: Inexpensive, good quality. Tech service is very responsive and helpful. The service is very easy to set up and administer. My users love it.

    Cons: Site is not the easiest to navigate. There are some features I would like to have, but they either do not offer them or I cannot find them.

    Overall: Good experience with this company. Except for my personal mess-up starting the service. My bad, not theirs.

    Cons: I currently see no cons for this app. I guess there is always room for improvement but so far so good.
