Pros: The fact that locals clients, friends and family can reach you with a simple telephone call is the purpose of the service.

Cons: At the beginning it was hard to understand the workings, but as you go along and use the product more and more, it gets easier.

Overall: So far i hope i'll be getting a good return, the fact that i will be at reach from my home country when i'm afar satisfies my expectations.

Pros: Good customer care and fast replies. Fairly fast verification process. Easy to register and start using.

Cons: Could have done the verification before charging money in case it’s not approved.

Overall: Overall positive and hoping it will stay so. Call quality seemed good with no problems connecting and good sound.

Pros: Ability to communicate easily and price wise. Simple set up and use. Sound quality is very good and it is streamline for callers.

Cons: Calling app little confusing. Instructions could be more precise.

Overall: Very useful tool and communication system. Especially useful on the trip to get communication with business partners who could not detect difference comparing with standard lines.

Pros: The price is good, the service is good and effective and it works. I just renewed my subscription for another term.

Cons: Once there was a problem with one of their suppliers and I had to reroute, but it was a one off in eight years, it was manageable and they helped me though until it was resolved.

Overall: I just renewed my subscription and I am happy with the product and the services. The website is easy to use and when encountering difficulties the client service was effective.

Pros: For a small business, the cost is very attractive. Usually this comes with a poor user experience, but not in this case. It seems fairly powerful (although it can't compete with Zendesk or Genesys) and I think it will scale with my business.

Cons: The documentation needs work. They have taken the correct approach in trying to design an application that is so intuitive that no one will need the documentation, but it would be nice to have anyway.

Overall: It took a couple of days to process my ID etc. so that I could get my local number. After that, it was plain sailing. As a one-man-band it means I can have a local number for my business, and webchat, and have them route directly to my phone, for very little cost. Also - it took minimal effort on my part. A pleasant surprise.

Pros: I reached out to them to see when a number would be available for Japan, my son just got a job there and needed a local number. They jumped through many hoops to get him taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service received from Shazia, Amit, and Vikas! They were Patient, Kind, and Persevered to get him a number!

Overall: Sonetel truly EXCEEDED my expectations by leaps and bounds! We are utilizing it for a singular line but I would hazard to guess that this would work beautifully for a business needing international lines!

Pros: I think the best thing about Sonetel is the easiness of the overall service. Setup only takes minutes.

Cons: It has restrictions for using as a phone number for Bank alerts. Also, you would receive TXT messages via email. Not a major downfall for me, but it would be nice if you could receive text messages as text messages.

Overall: I would recommend Sonetel to anyone who wants to have an international phone number and needs to redirects calls and text messages to their local phone number. Amazing.

Pros: Sonetel is the best service provider for assigning Singapore's mobile number to my personal number. And it is very useful to company purpose.

Cons: For SMS service is not available in this service.

Cons: No cons, we love the service. The web interface is slightly less intuitive but once you're familiar with it, it's a breeze.
