    Pros: I heard about this Network Sonetel on the internet, and was a little skeptical using it, but that's the best decision so far. The staff was professional with detailed explanation on how to activate the phone line.

    Cons: Their is nothing I don't like about Sonetel because their customer service efficiency is excellent and very fast to respond in any kind of problems.

    Overall: I am extremely happy with this product for the fact that it gives me the services i want and there are reliable, trustworthy and finally, No payment problems about not received money, once your payment is made trough any method, you will be created instantly

    Pros: The user interface and call forwarding services are nice. The customer service is quick to respond and help as well.

    Cons: Nothing that I can think of, only thing I can recommend is that there is scope of improvement in the phone app as it crashes on and off.

    Overall: Overall it's a good product, with some nice features like pick your own number, the pricing is fair as well.

    Pros: The customer service is one of the best I have seen. I am not using the service much and just privately but so far it has worked well. And I am certain I can rely on the support if anything should happen.

    Cons: In seriousness, for my private use, there seems to be no downside. If I have to find anything, the UI and structure seems a bit confusing at first but it isn't bad after you have found everything. That is all I can tell from my use.

    Overall: It had been sufficient for my use and if I ever need any of the other features in the future, I'll definitely try setting them up with Sonetel first.

    Pros: I like that you work so fast; I can receive a call from other places; this allows people to have phone calls from everywhere only paying a few dollars.

    Cons: Some corporative phone numbers do not work; this is probably because some companies do not allow you.

    Overall: This fantastic organization allows me to have a Canadian phone without living there. Another important reason is that you connect people worldwide.

    - Awesome: SMS reception on Sonetel numbers

    Cons: - Admin front-end could use UI overhaul
    - Not all exceptions are handled with helpful error messages

    Overall: We're using Sonetel to run our international phone numbers. There are many providers for international call forwarding, but Sonetel offers the best value for money and a service that focuses on the essentials - just what you need, not more, very transparent and so far quite reliable. We can definitely recommend it.

    Customer service issues resolved promptly.
    Identity verification and Number activation done immediately.

    Cons: Number used during trial period was removed in 5 days without prior intimation. A warning message or prior intimation to purchase before deactivation would have been useful.

    Overall: Great experience. I interacted with Yash and Eshwar from customer service team. They were very helpful and prompt in their response. Very impressive. Would recommend this product.

    Pros: Easy to use, user friendly, very affordable and above all... Well, it just works great. It was a time saver and a deal maker for us - really. Keep up the great work!

    Cons: Have not found so far.
    We are not power users for this service, but what we use works like a charm (mostly phone options, don't use website options currently)

    Overall: Very happy so far, both with service and support, thanks!
    If you are looking for a service that allows phone calls, web chat ( and probably more when you see this - they seem to be adding features constantly), then give it a try.
    There is monthly, yearly and credit options for most features, and free as well, so.... Try it :)

    Pros: I'm using the Standard plan; everything is working fine and as outlined so far. I wasn't 100% clear at first about how the pre-paid account balance worked, but support has been prompt and thorough in clearing that up.

    Cons: So far, I haven't encountered any cons worth mentioning.

    Overall: So far it seems like a great service for the price! 4 stars instead of 5 only because it's still pretty new to me.

    Pros: It took me a while to find Sonetel. I first tried Avoxi, Zadarma, TextNow, Hushed, Second Phone, Aircall, Cybtel, MightyCall, and Bria. They were all expensive or had awful sound quality. I had almost given up when I found Sonetel. The interface is clean and fairly intuitive. There's a free option for those wanting chat integration with their website, very competitive rates for DID number reservation ($2/month), and helpful customer service.

    Cons: Initial SMS verification didn't work and needed customer support to activate the account. Needed two $10 PayPal payments initially (not sure why the account drained so quickly in the first setup day). Mobile app is only useful for those on the premium plan.

    Overall: Recommended for everyone, especially small nonprofits or startups on a tight budget. Nice selection of numbers to choose from too.

    Pros: Sonetel's service has been awesome so far. They answer emails usually within one business detail, and call me if they need to resolve something over the phone.

    I had some small issues forwarding my calls to my local phone (my fault), so they helped me fix all of that. Super happy with the support!

    Cons: Not really, sometimes the update has tiny bugs, but nothing super major.

    Overall: Highly recommend so far! If the customer support stays like this, then I will continue to use this service for a long time!

    Pros: We really liked how easy setup was, including that we got two free numbers to get us started straight away without having to wait for funds to clear etc.

    Cons: The only downside we’ve experienced has been that if paying by credit card you need to have a cellphone registered to the card to authorise the transaction, and as a business paying with a company credit card this isn’t something we were Ybor to set up so had to setup and use a PayPal account and pay using that.

    Overall: Overall it’s been fantastic, the GUI is super easy to use and the support team have been very responsive/eager to assist when needed. Also the degree of automation means getting what you need ASAP is achievable as you’re not waiting on people to manually process your requests.
