    Cons: So far there's a little pause but it's fine. I would say, it's not that perfect but it doesn't really affect the assistance given.

    Pros: I have been using Sonetel for my second year now, and I can declare that their service and support is excellent. The support team were very helpful, especially Yash who answered all my questions and guided me to pick the most suitable plan for my business.

    Cons: It would be good if the free of charge plan would include sms service which can be billed by the amount of sms received.

    Overall: Overall I am content with Sonetel's service, and would definitely recommend them. It is easy to use and you can check your bills on the website, so its user friendly.

    Pros: When I called Sonetel Customer Service I did not have to wait more than a few seconds for a representative (unusual for most companies). I was helped by Harsha who was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was interested in call forwarding and sms forwarding (not available when I subscribed in 2019) and Harsha set them up for me in a couple of minutes. I am very satisfied with Sonetel's Customer Service.

    Cons: I have not found any cons though I have received a few spam voicemails.

    Overall: Excellent customer service, quick, knowledgeable with follow up via email. With their free trial offer it is hard togo wrong.

    Pros: The information provided is comprehensive, covering all possible areas of interaction with the user/customer: mobile & laptop; operation of the Apk and minor technical details of its functioning. The customer service operator is patient, knowledgeable and accessible (with time zone restrictions applied).

    Cons: The service itself (virtual mobile) has been suffering stoppages attributed to third parties (local US providers), but the consequences for the user/customer's business are potentially disastrous. Also, the USA out going calls problem had been solved but the status page had not been updated. Hence my assumption that the issue had not been fixed, whereas in fact the problem was new: a glitch with the mobile Apk.

    Overall: Service gets an 9.25/10 from me. The status page should reflect the efforts of technicians fixing issues with the service online or the software (Apk).

    Pros: I got a very quick and friendly response from customer service to a problem which paused my account, and the solution came along right away. Thank you very much!
    The phone connection is always working very well.

    Cons: Recently the pricing went up 100% for my country, probably not Sonetel's making but their partner.
    Since a while I get spam calls from US insurances through this phone number. This number shouldn't be available to spam.

    Overall: My overall experience so far has been very good. Good connection, always working, and very good customer service.

    Pros: I have several years of experience of Sonetel as private person and now as employed in a danish company (HEJK - Reg. Soc.ec. Org., VAT DK 40511431).

    It have always been a pleasure to contact Sonetel. They quickly solve the obsticles I have had over the years. Lately I have installed their smart chat app on our website, www.netmea.com, with greate succes.

    And also telephone services, that really save time for us. It makes it possible to handle many customers without too much personnel.

    Cons: I have earlier been a bit confused, because Sonetel is swedish, but seems totally international. It is seldom swedish companies make such a succes worldwide.

    Maybe except for IKEA.

    But now it is ok for me, because I have got used, to use english, when contacting Sonetel.

    Overall: I am impressed of Sonetel, that have been a top-notch tech company for so many years, miles ahead of all competitors.

    More private persons and businesses should try Sonetel, so they also can experience how much better they really are.

    Pros: This services provides with a webapp, an Android and iOS app that can be used to answer incoming calls on Sonetel numbers everywhere with Internet. Moreover, this service with some incredible features can make businesses more easier without having to answer every phone calls by hands. as you can choose whether to forward your calls to a cell phone number, or just have incoming calls answered by the Sonetel app, or forward the calls to voicemail. SMS and voicecall messages received on paid numbers can be received by e-mail, with even an attachment of the voicemail message so you don't have to log in to download your messages -- a standard view-only messaging app with voicemail features comes to your inbox!

    The built-in IVR system automatically redirects calling parties with the right place, you can place a voice to be played for a menu, or have someone in your team called with another. If all of users are offline, a voicemail can be routed so that the customer can leave a message with no worries of their requests being ignored.

    Moreover, with its chat widget you can place a shortcut on your website for visitors to send instant chat messages to you, so that you can answer them in the Portal and apps. Messages to tickets is possible, so that you don't have to manually create tickets for your customers by hands. Just close the ticket in the Portal if customers' issue have resolved.

    Pros: What i really like about Sonetel is that you can get a free virtual phone number in any country you like.
    They have a great support that replies to any issue within few hours. And they do their best to solve any type of problems.
    The price is very reasonable and the application is professional.

    Cons: The FAQ section is limited but they really answer any question fast so I don’t mind it.

    Overall: Great experience, I have updated my plan to a yearly plan to get the most of this service. Highly recommended.
