Their customer service is really great. They usually respond within a day and I'm happy how they handle issues.

Pros: Sonetel is a easy to use but most importantly fantastic value for any individual or business looking to make an online presence of their business.

You can forward calls from any country to your mobile and show either the incoming number or your "external" number so you know that this call is coming from one of your owned numbers.

Cons: None - I can easily say the only con is the compliance with local governments which requires paper work (but Sonetel makes this process seamless).

Pros: I have some very specific requirements and was looking for a while for a reliable option until i found Sonetel.
It's absolutely great, you can port your existing USA number and make use of it even in WhatsApp (these two features combined was my no brainer decision)

Cons: So far, there's nothing i can consider as a con.
Only thing that worth to mention is that porting your existing number can take some time and effort (but not because of Sonetel but because of your existing carrier), in my case it took me like 3 weeks but because carrier was not providing the right information to accomplish the porting process but Sonetel's support team was always there to guide me and help me out during this process, Vikas you rocks!

Pros: During the month of November 2023, I suffered an awful spoofing attack. But, thanks to SONETEL's excellent support service, I was able to solve the problem and regain my peace of mind. SONETEL is not only the best option for telephone lines that I have ever known; but it is also a wonderful human team that makes SONETEL the best option, IMHO. I sincerely want to recommend SONETEL because I am sure that you will be as satisfied and happy as I already am.

Overall: Overall a great product if you want to have a virtual number. It feels like you are in the same country with seamless integration with your mobile number in use.

Pros: Numbers from different countries, many options available. Can be forwarded, to other numbers for a fee, or a softphone address, free of charge. Receive SMS from other SIM numbers, but had not received from 2FA sources, although an USA mobile number once received. Cheaper than the competition.

Cons: If redirected to answer in app, it doesn't receive the call unless the app is open. I read somewhere that the team is working on that.

Overall: I would recommend for forwarding to SIP softphone address. This way you can receive the call on multiple devices at the same time.

Pros: I like that I seem to be in the country the number is associated with. This has helped me when I do not want the company I am involved with to know I am not in their country. People can call and text me with a local number and they don't pay for an international call/text and I only pay .02c per minute to receive the call, which is very inexpensive and I pay nothing to receive texts (which come to my email).

The monthly cost is very reasonable, $2.99 US.

Cons: I would like the texts to go to my phone rather than email.
