    Pros: Much lower pricing than competitors.
    Simple interface and easy to use.
    Great customer service (I have always gotten replies from them within 1 day).

    Cons: I had trouble setting up the voicemail but the support team helped resolved the issue quickly (within 2 hours).

    Overall: I will recommend my family and friends to use Sonetel for business. Great price and great customer service.

    Pros: Ease of availability and good for single user and also for business as well.

    Customer service experience was good so far.

    Cons: The user experience on website is better but the mobile apps are little unfriendly when it comes to navigating to certain features. it would be good if they can be embedded in the mobile apps as well.

    Pros: The representative was very professional, and with ease was able to resolve my concerns. The representative is always open to giving me multiple options for my ease in working my business.

    Cons: Every time not only in this case, we always have to send multiple emails before we are contacted back and most likely it’s because Sonetel does not work on weekends, which is acceptable.

    Overall: Overall, I am very pleased with the service that Sonetel has provided me. I just wish that my Colombia number would be less expensive but that is fine.

    Pros: We needed a service where we can just get a local number in a country and forward it to an existing number in another country, without the need of a PBX. So this service is offered by Sonetel and they have a good customer support. Quick to respond and fix issues.

    Cons: The only con I have is the payment option. If there would be a possibility to purchase credit without linking the card it would be nice.

    Overall: I would recommend it to those who are looking for local numbers in different countries across the world.

    Pros: It is really easy to setup, you can change the forward number from your users web. The few times we needed to contact support for questions it was great service and quick.

    Cons: For number ID very specific setup we did have to contact support first.

    Overall: Still easy, good service, in about 4 year of service only once there was a service cut problem. I recommend!

    Pros: Sonetel accepts Hebrew documents - that's very helpful!
    Also the customer service agent (Piya) was very meticulous to make sure that all my details were verified and documented. I greatly appreciate the caution - it makes for a trustworthy environment.

    Pros: Cheap and have a lot of numbers available. Support super fast, always within 24h. All options available.

    Cons: Takes a little time to get used to the app and you pay per user, but besides that.

    Pros: The virtual phone number from Sonetel has a competitive price compared to the others. The company is honest with the price and its call rates, unlike other companies who only reveal the phone number's real costs after signing up.

    Cons: The voicemails are directed to the email associated with the account. They are easy to play on the laptop but need to download them when opening voice emails from the phone.

    I cannot reply to messages sent to the virtual phone number. That's the only thing I dislike after for about a month now.

    Overall: The app works very well, is easy to use and the call is clear without interruption. The service is also amazing, the support team was always there when I have any issues. I'm giving this a 4.5. Hopefully, when I can send messages, then it will be 5 for sure.

    Pros: Have your own local phone number in any city or country worldwide and be able to get my SMS by my email.
    The mobile apps also provide me for your internal team communication – in terms of chat, free calls and conference calls.

    Cons: The platform is very good and stable, just would like to have more features in the apps; so we may not need to use/open the browsers all the time.

    Pros: I had an administrative issue I needed to take care of. Sonetel's team provided a fast attention to the situation, contacted me fast, there was a clear understanding of the problem and they solved it immediately, very pleased with the outcome.

    Cons: So far I haven't had an issue with the software it just works, I had an issue finding past invoices but customer services took care of that flawlessly.

    Overall: The product is great, easy to use and you set it up and forget, it just works, For customer service, I feel I can rely on them on future cases, hopefully there won't be any, but their good service will surely be a factor for continuing with them.

    Pros: For me it has been a really useful tool, since I do have a software development agency plus I do work as a consultant for USA companies, having presence with a USA number helps me to have a more professional image plus the help to separate my personal and professional life with two numbers or more in a single mobile device.

    Cons: Is not so cheap or maybe it is because with the sum of all the SaaS that nowadays we have to pay is what I do feel, but I understand all the infrastructure needed in order to create something like Sonetel.

    Pros: I like that I can make calls easily at an affordable rate with Sonetel.

    The support is also very great, they are quick to respond and always help to solve issues. I had the most amazing onboarding experience.

    Cons: I can’t send text messages with the phone number which is very limiting.

    Overall: I have enjoyed every bit of Sonetel. I tried signing up for an Australian number on several platforms and they made it so difficult, Sonetel made it very easy and the onboarding process smooth.
