Pros: I am using this product for more than 2 + years, the product is easy to use and which as excellent support. Sonetel has a great team to help us to solve any problem we confront.

Cons: If we have 24/7 support it will be good for its users.

Overall: Sonetel is a good product to use. Which is an easy interface to work with and a good support team which gives excellent support to resolve the issues.

Pros: - customer service is amazing, very responsive and helpful
- prices are fair, I like that it accepts Paypal
- seems to do what it advertises, I mainly need it for the SMS capabilities and it works perfectly so far

Cons: - a little confusing to learn how to use at first, the website feels like it's missing some guides or something but I was still able to figure it out. If I wasn't able to figure it out on my own, I'm confident the CS would have been able to help anyway.

Overall: Overall an excellent experience purchasing and setting up, no complaints. Keep up the great customer service!

Pros: Excellent service, very quick to solve my issue. I have contacted Sonetel by email and they immediately solved the problem.

Cons: Sometimes you cannot hear well the other but most of the time it's perfect.
I would love to be able to receive SMS to this number.

Overall: Perfect experience, the price and service are great.

Pros: The website looks easy enough to use. It is also nice that you can pay by PayPal so doesn’t need a credit card.

Cons: The website version seems to be not updating as prompt as I would like.

Pros: With its ingenious integration with customer support towards my own website and Facebook, solutions are very suitable for my use. Even with my old Grandstream ip phones, the installation was easy with good instructions available on Sonetel's web pages.

Cons: It was no easy for me to set up Asterisk PBX server. Maybe when I have more experience it will be easier.

Overall: Great online service with good adaptations that provide both telephone and customer service solutions in the same place.

I am not a techie guy, but it seems that they provide plenty of options.

Pros: I have recently received PR for Australia but I was skeptical to leave current job and move to Australia without any job.
Now with Sonetel virtual number I can apply for jobs in Australia and participate in interviews. I hope it will help to get job before I move.
I have started receiving calls as well for interviews.

Another good thing is you can choose your own number from the list of available numbers.

Cons: 1. Initially I had issues forwarding calls to my local number but now everything is sorted.
2. You cannot make outgoing using this number or may be it requires a premium plan. I am not sure of that.

Overall: I am having a great experience using Sonetel number for incoming calls. and hopeful to get job soon too.
I choose my desired number which is easy to remember anyone.
