Sonetel

Pros: I liked the ease of accessing the product, and the pricing is excellent. Sonetel's customer service is fantastic. These guys are on top of their game. I would highly recommend the company and the services they offer.

Cons: None. I did not have a negative experience with the company nor with their products on offer.

Overall: This is an excellent company with a great product. My overall experience has surpassed my expectations.

Pros: Having a phone number in the states from which i can initiate and receive calls is a major plus for me. The calls are usually clear, good quality. and when you can get hold of a person when you need service, they are accommodating, patient and helpful. (thank you, Shazia!) the pricing is also reasonable.

Cons: The general service is less than adequate. First, you did something to your system that caused me to have to reset my password.... then made it frustratingly impossible for me to actually do it. And your shortage of service staff resulted in my being without my line for a long time.

Overall: It is a good service, reasonably priced. The individual service engineer with whom i finally made contact and who was finally able to assist me, was excellent. But your overall service leaves a great deal to be desired. You came very close to losing me as a customer, which would have been a shame, because i am generally happy with having this calling option. It is a big asset for me.

Pros: I downloaded the app because I needed a Singapore number quickly and they had a revert time of less than 1 day. By the end of day 2 I had my number!

Cons: For Singapore number, I haven't been able to set up my WhatsApp number.

Overall: Great app overall. I haven't seen a strong con till now. The UI/UX is great. It does the job. Better than its competitors. Must download.

Pros: Great service and the speed of response was a pleasant surprise. Earlier I already used Sonetel and returning for me confirms my satisfaction.

Cons: Nothing specific for me I didn't like, no complaints so far.

Overall: I have used Sonetel before and me coming back to use Sonetel is a confirmation that I was already satisfied by the company, the service and pricing.

Pros: The support team is Amazing, We are in the middle of the registration of the business so I was unable to give all the documents but the support team helped me to gather documents that they can use to verify the business and BOOM! My account was verified. I was frustrated at first but the verification is important I know but then I got the mail "Verified" which was an amazing thing.

Another one is that Pricing plans are so easy to understand and the unlimited plan is awesome, I can have as many numbers.

Cons: It was hard to find how to call someone, So I mailed the support team and they navigate me to the feature. This can be on the home screen or somewhere it will be easy to navigate.

The support team is amazing but they are slow to reply.

Overall: Overall experience is best as of now and I am gonna use Sonetel for a long time.

Pros: Easy to use, great functionality. Especially good for cross-border communication. can be used both as a mobile app and PC app.

Cons: Can be slightly slow at times, but appears to have gotten better after last update. In any case not a big issue.

Overall: Excellent and definitely helps us in our day-to-day business. The flexibility in getting new phone numbers quickly in different locations is a game changer for us.

Pros: I can be anywhere in the world and people can contact me using a local number. It's really easy to set up, and very cheap.

Cons: Honestly I really don't have any cons that I can think of, it just works.

Overall: There are tons of other features that Sonetel offer that I don't use, but I can speak about the call forwarding feature. It's super easy to set up and really easy to change numbers. So if you're travelling and changing local sims often you can just have one number in your home country that will forward to your new SIM cards. Support is also very helpful when I've needed it.

Pros: Easy way to manage international numbers and forwarding for personal and business use.

Overall: Generally very straight forward and efficient solution that gets the job done with little fuss or frustration.

Pros: Ease of use, accuracy of products in line with what was advertised. Exceptionally quick response and excellent customer service.

Cons: They don't work on weekends.

Overall: I registered and purchased the service over the weekend and was required to submit necessary documents for verification in compliance with regulations, on Monday first thing I received a response and the was something wrong with my documents, I then contacted support for clarity, a representative responded and solved my issue within 5 minutes!!!

Pros: Customer support is very helpful.

Cons: The features are good but subscription could be cheaper.

Overall: They were very responsive and helped me activate my phone number within 1 day.

Pros: First The creating an account with Sonetel is easy and also Easy documentation, they will verify and activate the number within hours(in my case).
Voice clarity during call is high class.
Plans are really good. I have chosen Premium plan so that I can get some more benefits.

Cons: There are no Cons, but one thing that I bring to your notice is customer care on call availability is a bit hard due to timezone difference (I'm from India).
Anyways they are available 24*7 through the email service.

Overall: A reliable and Amazing service by Sonetel.
