Pros: I was connected very quickly and all my messages were responded in a very fast way, i think the service is excellent.

Cons: I do not see any cons right now because everything was fine.

Overall: i would really recommend this service to friends and family and also to anybody who has a small business.

Pros: Sontetel has helped us to keep a permanent company number easy for us. Whether our sales reps move from one area code to another or we choose to send the callers to another rep, it is all done with just a few clicks. It is hard to believe that for just a few dollars a month you can have a local number in any area.

Cons: The website could have a bit more explanation on what each page function is for.

Overall: Sonetel has been easy to use and very helpful. We have been using it for our UK office the last few years flawlessly and have just purchased a number for our Hungarian team.

Cons: Web UI could be more intuitive (only used for admin tasks).

Overall: I was recommended getting a virtual number for professional purposes and was recommended Sonetel, so I got to them and since I started using it it's has exceeded my expectations. It's quite easy to create an account, get the number, activate all the services and all the procedures. But what I appreciate the most is the effective customer support they have, which is kind, knowledgeable and fast. In addition to this, I highlight their transparency in every transaction I make because they immediately send a receipt and an invoice to my email. I started using my number and works perfect. I can't be more satisfied.
