    "Great analytics platform, API is easy"

    Pros: We have been using Matomo for about a year (we are a web design company), and we keep adding it to the sites we host for our customers. They are very happy with it, particularly as it is far more friendly for occasional users to understand than Google Analytics.

    The API is good as well. We develop our own website CMS (Zenario) and have integrated Matomo into it; we've managed to create an experience where analytics appear to administrators while in their site, with a link to the Matomo system for further analysis.

    Cons: Nitpick... the user management system (resetting password etc.) is a little odd and occasionally when creating a user it seems a bit flaky. But really, not much I don't like!

    Overall: Overall we've been very happy using Matomo, both for our own website analytics and for our customers sites.

    Pros: It gives insightful user analytics. Very easy to implement and the dashboard provides various graphical analytics. The best alternative of Google Analytics platform. A best open-source analytics platform.

    Cons: Overall it's an outstanding open-source analytics platform.

    Overall: The analytical data are insightful. Overall I used Matomo analytics for a few years. It the best alternative to Google Analytics. It's completely open-source give me transparent analytics with the most accurate data. Very easy to use and understand user behavior.
