Cons: Dont really know yet, I haven't used it for that long time.

Pros: Extremely comprehensive analytics. Covers areas others do not, especially at the free level. Offers options that enhance any eCommerce site and allows you to make the site more responsive.

Cons: Would be great if there were some videos to show how the various segments can be set up.

Pros: Easy to start working with, easy to learn. I also like the self-help guides. You can really tell that they are written by someone that understand the user. I'm not a technical person, so I need every step in a guide to follow. Also, the design is nice!

Cons: There are many different filter to use and that can be overwhelming. I would like to have the most common filters in some kind of "top list" for us who don't have complicated websites, we just want to follow the basic. I would like to have recommendations based on our website "recommended filter for you", and why.

Overall: I'm happy that we found Extellio so that we didn't have to start learning GA4... Extellio came in our way at the perfect time.
