Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The best part of this software is that you can handle all of it from your phone as if you were just texting someone. If someone hops on your website and has any questions or concerns a notification comes up on the bottom corner of the page providing a way for the visitor to contact the company. These messages do go straight to the phone of the the individual over the website, which makes the communication personable and quick. Podium has an excellent interface; it has a high quality in sending files, I can send images or audios without losing quality. Besides that, I use it to create more effective communication and with guaranteed security conditions. Podium cloud is incredible for storing information. This is by far the best review gathering platform for Google around. I think they are actually backed by Google. To get all your reviews from different platforms makes it easier and saves time in the process. A very user friendly app which is easy to set up. It makes interactions easy. Using only one platform we can reply to each and every messages. Google, Facebook, Instagram we can easily connect with our customer on any platform using this software. Responses very quickly. Simple and easy to use. Also we can check the history of any customers interaction. Cons At this time during the free trial that I have used I haven't had any cons happen. I'm not too fond of that without running the application, the messages don't arrive, I have to open the application, and it starts to connect to receive the Podium. They are the most expensive option for managing reviews by far. I cant really think of any cons for such an amazing and insightful software. No dislikes. Clean, simple and easy to use features. I appreciate the ability to navigate the modules and their connections, as well as the very useful link with email; in the future, I will make greater use of the software for marketing campaigns. The modules are perfectly organized and easy to navigate, ensuring no information is lost; beside, finding everything you need becomes very easy to do. The biggest advantage of VTENEXT is its flexibility and customization capabilities. It allows companies to adapt workflows, automations, and processes to their real operational needs instead of forcing them into rigid standard procedures. We particularly appreciate the workflow automation tools, API integrations, and the ability to centralize sales, support, and operational activities within a single platform. This has helped improve organization, reduce manual work, and increase visibility across different departments. Another strong point is scalability: the platform works well both for small businesses and for more structured organizations with advanced requirements. The support team is also highly competent and collaborative, which is extremely valuable for implementation partners and system integrators. it is a product designed and programmed specifically for the customer It's simple, intuitive, with a support team that's always available Cons As with any flexible CRM platform, configuration and customization may require technical expertise, especially when implementing complex workflows or integrations. Initial setup and optimization can take time, but this also allows businesses to tailor the system to their specific requirements. The processes and their documentation are not user-friendly; support from a VTE team expert is required. The manual is intended for IT experts. No major criticisms, also because any potential issue was either fixed or customized via a Ticket Support. Because VTENEXT is highly flexible and customizable, the initial setup and configuration phase can require time and technical expertise, especially for companies with complex processes or limited internal IT skills. Some advanced configuration areas could be more intuitive for non-technical users, and certain interface sections could benefit from a more modern and simplified user experience. We would also appreciate further development of AI-driven features and additional low-code/no-code tools to make advanced automations even more accessible to business users without technical backgrounds. I have no negative things to report. Any problems I've encountered have always been resolved promptly.
