Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love that it integrates with Salesforce to help me know how customers are connecting with our content. The application has tools to capture potential customers through communication mechanisms by means of A/B tests that provide a greater relationship between consumers, it also has a customizable usability that adapts to any need that our customers may have through the company's website. Marketo is one of the best software to make your marketing strategies. With tons of great features and resources, it stands out from other software available in the market. It is very easy to operate and robust. Also, integration with the Software development life cycle makes it more helpful, and managing marketing campaigns become much easier. It helps to create powerful campaigns on different marketing platforms. It helps to increase conversion rate. Makes it easy to communicate and understand their needs. Email integrated support to interact and send promotional emails. 1) It's easy to run marketing campaigns with this software. 2) It shows real-time reporting and analysis. 3) It can accommodate our large database and automate our processes. Cons Integrating anything with Salesforce can be a challenge. I wish it showed a little more in the widgets on the Salesforce end. It does not have a notification section when potential customers are found, which sometimes generates a loss of opportunities within the market. Similarly, it does not provide an optimal evaluation in which these potential customers can be used to develop strategies and capture interests. I have been using this in my current company for around a year now, but I have not found any issues with this software. I never encountered any problem with this platform. Not at all. I loved it's every features and everything is well designed.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like WebEngage is that it is designed to be easy to use. Despite being a robust application full of exciting and powerful features, the interface never ceases to seem simple and easy to navigate, so I can access all the information I need and its functions without having to get lost between screens. Intuitive SMS and email conversation platform to engage with customers. Reports are very insightful. Great email personalization feature. WebEngage is a super powerful cross channel marketing automation tool. It serves all my marketing needs within one dashboard making the analytics and re-marketing more effective. It features - - Drag and Drop based Workflow chart - A/B test pre-built campaigns template - Personalized communication based on user's interest history - Visual user life cycle campaigns - Supports channel - Mobile Push, Web Push, Emails marketing, SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, Facebook re-marketing etc. WebEngage is very effective in generating a marketing campaign. Using this tool is very easy. It gives you the ability to send personalized messages. It makes marketing campaigns into an automated campaign. Cons So far, WebEngage has not had anything that I dislike as an application. (-) We have an overall excellent experience with it. I never encountered any problem with this platform. WebEngage is fantastic marketing automation platform, with lots of flexibility and customization. No complains at all. Reports are not very informative and it lacks many data information.
