Marketo is one of the best software to make your marketing strategies. With tons of great features and resources, it stands out from other software available in the market. It is very easy to operate and robust. Also, integration with the Software development life cycle makes it more helpful, and managing marketing campaigns become much easier. It helps to create powerful campaigns on different marketing platforms. It helps to increase conversion rate. Makes it easy to communicate and understand their needs. Email integrated support to interact and send promotional emails. 1) It's easy to run marketing campaigns with this software. 2) It shows real-time reporting and analysis. 3) It can accommodate our large database and automate our processes. Cons Integrating anything with Salesforce can be a challenge. I wish it showed a little more in the widgets on the Salesforce end. It does not have a notification section when potential customers are found, which sometimes generates a loss of opportunities within the market. Similarly, it does not provide an optimal evaluation in which these potential customers can be used to develop strategies and capture interests. I have been using this in my current company for around a year now, but I have not found any issues with this software. I never encountered any problem with this platform. Not at all. It saves lots of time gives my teams a single piece of software where we are doing campaign management, organizing workflow, managing leads and helpdesk without implementing different tools. The ability to streamline the marketing and CRM makes User.com a must-have business tool. The lead manager and marketing planner delivers exactly we want to boost sales. Marketing automation makes it handy. Cons 1. It is missing the feature of searching any word by keyword in the chat. 2. It does not support plugins integration like Grammarly which can be used for a grammatically error-free chat. I haven't encountered anything I don't like at this point. Task automation lacks many useful features. No other cons. For a mid-size enterprise, it's not that powerful and has less ability in campaign management. Never encountered any major negatives. It's a great tool.
