Halp bot is very powerful. #1- Halp is a very simple customer resolution software. #2- It can be integrated with the Slack platform. #3- Easy to Create and resolve customers' tickets. #4- In Slack, the assigned tickets automatically transfer to the support department. Cons I never encountered any problem with this platform. #1- There should be a ticket reminder for the support team to get notified and resolve on time.
