    "Remote connection to meet special customer requirements."

    Pros: The presence that Zoho Assist has in our company is due to the fact that it is used to have much more stable remote connections that help us connect with clients or with any individual that needs remote support. The main thing that I liked about Zoho Assist is that I can share all kinds of files or documents through the channel of this software, there is no need to use third-party software to share files during a remote connection, also, I like the The way in which I can organize the remote connections that I will have at certain times of the day, keeping a correct control of these schedules allows me to know exactly which client I will attend to at a specific time, it is impressive. Lastly, I really like being able to communicate via various means with Zoho Assist, I can communicate via text, voice and video chat. This variety of communication mechanisms helps make the remote connection more complete and more interactive with the client.

    Cons: The main problem I have had with Zoho Assist is that I cannot connect to my computer when I am away from my office. When I try to remotely connect my cell phone with my computer, it is not possible since my computer is unattended, and so it happens when I try to connect to a client's computer and this client does not know how to approve the remote connection, this flaw has limited the I use my computer outside my office, sometimes I have to do things on my computer and I would like to be able to do it through Zoho Assist without going to my office. On the other hand, one of the things that I did not like is that the top bar that appears during a remote connection from the mobile version is quite wide and interrupts the user's use or mobility a bit.

    Overall: Despite the problems that we have faced during our experience from the app for mobile devices, the general experience was quite good, there are things that can be improved in this App for mobile devices so that the user has a more complete environment. Our experience from the computer version was good because it allowed our clients to obtain a more complete support, when some doubts arise regarding the purchase of our properties on our website, we can immediately access our clients' computers and give them closer support. In addition, the agent availability function allows us to transfer a request to another agent so that they can attend to the client without having to make them wait, this has prevented a long waiting line from forming.

    Pros: Able to keep PCs and workstations maintained remotely.
    I can restart/shutdown from my own workstation.
    Works great for screen sharing or assisting others to navigate their PC.

    Cons: You need to switch between multiple monitors which is a pain but can still be done.

    Overall: Overall it's user-friendly and easy to navigate Zoho Assist settings. The connection is always steady and reliable and the cost is reasonable.

    Pros: You can connect to the desktop as well as mobile devices. The user interface is fairly intuitive for new users. I'm happy with its screen streaming. The session chat is a very good addition, to chat between support persons and clients.

    Cons: It should provide better firewalls and security updates to block sensitive data access while connected in the screen-sharing session.

    Overall: Zoho Assist is the practically best solution for the remote helpdesk. Earlier we were using TeamViewer and other tools but after implementing this solution we never felt again to migrate. Its screen streaming works flawless.

    Pros: Zoho Assist is a remote desktop support with a number of plans to choose from and even has a decent free plan if you are not looking for professional use. It offers all the basic remote software features like session recording, chatting and more.

    Cons: The only issue i found is that there is a hard limit of 25 unattended computers. Another minor con is that standard plan is pretty limited and don't even have mobile apps.

    Overall: Zoho Assist is a good remote software which can be used for free and upgraded at an affordable price. It is quite effective and is surely bang for your buck.

    Overall: Zoho Assist is an awesome stand alone platform for remote support and remote access needs. We use it to to troubleshoot different issues of our clients on the remote. It offers voice and video based chat during the remote connection which make it very helpful in troubleshooting and explaining the same to the clients. It can be used to transfer files from host to guest just like copying and pasting. IT office full functional mobile application which can be used to to connect remotely with desktops and perform the troubleshooting.

    Pros: (+) Very easy to authenticate and establish screen sharing connection with the client.
    (+) It auto blocks sensitive and personal files for being accessed by the host.
    (+) Secure file transfer option.

    Cons: (-) No con, we had an overall positive experience with it.

    Overall: Zoho Assist is an absolutely incredible platform to establish a screen sharing customer support platform. It allows us to connect with clients' computers using its screen sharing to directly fix their problems. It gives a secure sharing feature to protect sensitive files and documents.
