Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing. NOTHING. I like the IDEA of being able to respond to texts sent to me from customers. I'm able to make and receive calls, but unable to respond to text messages at all. All-in-one for email and phone would be great if all the features would work. The service allows you to make phone calls and the automatic voicemail for a business sounds, good. Voice services work similar to Google voice which is free. This app has zero pros reviews .....it's popularity is of poor reviews and poorly recommended by everyone that uses it. I have tried working with this company 2 times, both times they reject my text messaging applications, worst part is paid the full year completely. Tried calling customer service 8 times, all of the times they left me waiting and for some reason call dropped, How strange is that? Finally I asked for a refund they said for me to send a request through the app, which I did and to my surprise they said it would take 15 more days. Guess wha? An email was sent to me stating I did not qualify for a refund. What type of service is this, I couldn’t use your service because of you. And yet you will decide not to refund my money because you reject to do your Job? I’m not satisfied and will take this to the news, this is a total Scam. I do not give any stars to this company and will pursue legal actions for the lost of my company’s money. Cons I hate how I pay GoDaddy thousands of dollars every year for the 2 websites, custom emails and many many domains… YET they still feel the need to plaster go daddy ALL OVER my emails. As a business owner this is unacceptable, I am paying you for my emails. I am paying you for my website, it’s not a free service. I do not want YOU to tell every one of my clients that I used GoDaddy for the website. Looking for another provider that doesn’t care to promote themselves to my clients The fact that I've tried to complete the verification process now FIVE TIMES, with multiple appeals and resubmissions, I still (after 3 months of trying) am being told by the customer support team that they refuse to escalate the issue higher than a level 2 review because the issue is with the carrier and not GoDaddy. Mind you, it's a process that GoDaddy forces new customers to go through, but tells us in the rejection notices that the outsourced vendor will have no information to provide and to contact GoDaddy Support... WHO DON'T HELP to resolve. I've now missed out on three months of business as I am unable to communicate effectively using the app, and no one will help me! The denials are never the same too... They don't say all at once what needs to be altered, clarified, or fixed... Just one thing and then when that's updated, and I pay for verification (nearly $20 each) again, a new reason causes the denial. It's maddening!!!! The support team is awful and they are unable to help. In my instance, they can't successfully provide guidance to help legitimate business customers gain approval through carriers to text message customers. Customers can follow all requirements and still get denied. They send you the same error message and profit off of your application fees. Their support has guided me towards denials 9 times. Everything you can think of!!!! App engineered by amateurs. Stay away from this platform. Text message rejection for no reason, bad customer service , I provided all the information including EIN#	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The pros are: outstanding customer service, super easy-to-use system, and nearly 100% uptime. Plus, they offer Zoom calls to help us whenever we need it! The customer support at Talkroute is unmatched. They were extremely helpful in the inquiry phase (I had a million questions) and were helpful in moving all 4 of our phone lines in addition to purchasing another 4 phone lines. The phone numbers are in our new area code and we were able to keep our old numbers, well as our Toll Free number. Even after we chose to go with Talkroute, they continued to be attentive whenever we had any questions. Also, we are a non-profit so they offered a discount (after verification) and let us know common features other non-profits use. Talkroute is great for working remotely and allowing calls to be routed to different phones, such as to employees who are working from home. The service also has a convenient feature that accurately transcribes voicemail messages to my email inbox. The phone number selection system was easy to use. Cons Minor bugs every few weeks but bugs that are quickly fixed by the team. I have nothing bad to say about Talkroute. They're a great company and great people! I chose this service specifically because it was the only provider that would allow my customers to send MMS photos by text message. Unfortunately, after purchasing the program and troubleshooting with tech support, it was discovered that only certain carriers are able to text 1-800 numbers.
