Free trial version is available. User friendly app with very simple instructions. Keeps track of messages and emails. Schedule seamlessly and also manages meetings. Easy to install. FrontApp is a promising work communication organizer. You can tag and mention team member. Quick reply option to reply from saved templates. It also shows performance analytics. It supports many app integration. Cons No cons, I will update if I face any cons in the future. Very good software. Search function is awesome. Good to go app. No cons. It worked very well and meet all of my requirement.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like that it is easy to get an overall view of what studios need coverage. And that it eliminates the manager having to find coverage. This way it gives all employees a chance to respond. You can also see who covers the most and for who.! The app delivers really simple bite sizes Cards that are way faster for my team to read in the store. I can easily share my schedule, Chat with my team, and even train them on upcoming POP changes. OurPeople has a simple, clear, and fun platform. They make it extremely intuitive and are always updating their features. They stay consistent, relevant, and have excellent customer service! Chats in groups or one on one. Broadcast announcements to teams or company-wide surveys and feedback from your team quickly. The system is user friendly and easy to learn and navigate. Product support is very responsive and open to suggestions. Set up for employees is extremely easy. Cons I didn't know you could keep the toggle on so that it allows you to automatically approve the shift. I wish I could customize the app a bit more, my logos and color is great but I would like to add a custom wallpaper maybe? Otherwise, that is really a minor issue I wish they had a few more features, but they are always updating, so they continue to grow. Occasional bugs. Can search for specific conversations in the chat feature. If the app needs to be reinstalled on a device it resends all previously received broadcasts. I wish there was a bit more administrative functionality when an admin used the app.
