Pros: The ease of communicating with technical support. The comfort in knowing that our emails, backup drives, and google storage is managed with great care. We have had 0 problems with hosting our emails over 5 years while previous experience hosting emails was giving us nightmares 2-3 x per year.
Cons: We don't love that the data allowance isn't shared across the entire team. We feel like this would be a big victory for Google workspace.

Cons: Google Docs is great if you only need a basic document, but doing anything beyond that, like making it a little more beautiful by adding a layout or images, is very limited. Of course, you can add images, but not in the capacity that you can in Word or Pages. I tried to create layouts for clients on Google Doc and it just doesn't work. I would like to, because it is an excellent universal software.
Overall: I assume that companies that require a specialized email address would benefit from using Google Workspace. I like Gmail's email platform, and I also found exactly how important Google Docs / Sheets / Slides are from there.
