    Pros: Finally an app with all the tools we were looking for! Up until now needed to pay for 4 different apps, and to ask our employees to download them.

    Cons: Not much actually. Maybe the only con is that we didn't hear about them before hahaha.

    Overall: With the transition to Connecteam we have everything under one app, which is also cheaper than the previous 4 together!

    Cons: The only missing in this software is video chatting.

    Pros: This is also great for communication and collaboration within our team to improve our overall productivity.

    Cons: Lack of video chatting is the only disadvantage of this software.

    Overall: Consistent and accurate tracking of time and attendance is the most useful tool for us in using this software behind communication and management tools. Managing a large team is very exhausting and time-consuming but with the tools in this software, some of the tasks can be automized which is less work for me to do other important things.

    "Connection without limits or borders"

    Pros: Connecteam is much more than a team connection platform for business flow management, it is a tool that works optimally simply offering what we have always been looking for. The interface is 100% intuitive, providing only the tools we need to carry out our work, it does not create cumbersome spaces with complicated tools to use and that we will surely never use, each space that has its interface is designed in a dedicated way, designed for the functions that we need to make it simple. Customer support has proven to be an attentive team, proposing effective solutions, and responding quickly without making us wait too long. Another important point is the impressive price it has, our entire team can work on the platform and the cost for this is absurdly cheap. In the same way, it is a wide space where all the members of the work team can join the platform from wherever they are and collaborate in the progress of the projects, the messages are in real time, the GPS system allows monitoring of location of each integrated member, and as well as messaging, it has an endless number of essential collaboration tools to achieve a unified work, together with monitoring methods which has been a fabulous tool to maintain good user management by supervising productivity labor.

    Cons: Having Connecteam with a client on the computer would be quite comfortable to work with, since it is always in the cloud limits the possibilities and comfort of the user experience a bit. The internet connection when we are traveling can sometimes be limited and it has already happened to us on more than one occasion that the internet stops working and my progress is not saved, having the autosave option is essential to save us from this type of accidents. As we have used the platform we have become more dependent on it, the creation and programming of different activities has made the platform much slower, the application is stuck and this has interfered considerably in our workflow, even in terms of synchronization, we do not get the data stored in real time and we believe that it is due to the slowness of the platform, we have tried some alternative solutions, we still have not achieved it, but we will continue trying to find a balance in the amount of work that we need perform and the fluidity of the platform.

    Overall: Connecteam created a central space where to connect with the entire work team from wherever they are, with countless collaboration, communication and monitoring tools that have allowed us to carry out all our operations, leaving nothing out, and to supervise both work performance, as the progress made by each department. It maintains the focus on labor monitoring and productivity, being an incredible contribution in maintaining order within labor planning, development of our work and due compliance in a responsible and transparent manner with each assigned task. It is an optimal space to develop our potential and increase the chances of success, it erases limitations and borders and unifies all the work on its platform regardless of distance or place, being the meeting point to put together our work route and constantly advance efficiently.

    Pros: Connecteam allows team member to constantly engage, and have a solid form of discussion concerning the possible business process. More so, Connecteam increases the digital remote management, which is efficient in sharing different items and solutions.

    Cons: Connecteam has a design that is slightly rigid, and it can be improved to increase suitability and functionality. The demands from users should be taken keenly.

    Overall: Connecteam advocates for a consistent communications option, which validates the innovations that a company have and the direction that a business takes. There is an advanced form of remote sharing, which saves business from extensive resource usage.

    "Connect restores my Tech Logistics Career"

    Pros: I am so excited about Connecteam. I began programming the same year Toshiba released its portable tape player with auto-rewind- through Y2K (lol) and death of HTML to WYSIWYG. Then 2005, bi-lateral carpal tunnel, and again 2012 post-surgery- somewhat of a living torment for a humanoid- was the death to my tech career. VPN, telecommuting, TTS, handwriting pens, touchscreens, were all in their infancy. I waited nearly 20 years to return to work.
    Who knew a series of serendipitous acts would land Connecteam in my search results? I didn’t but it created an opportunity to launch ideas trapped in a 2 decade-stasis!

    Cons: I understand the break down of modules. It is beneficial to pick and choose. But when you need something across the board, it can add up. The con of the con is that end the long run it still saves you.

    Overall: The customization, upload and filtering, and mobile app with geofencing; allows me to manage multiple teams from home- and the mobile app makes logistics real-time, even when I can’t be present. The checklist and reporting features allow for seamless communication. The time clock linked to the job scheduling and being able to manage Payroll with a QuickBooks integration, saves me hours of painful typing.
    What’s more is the support. I am constantly attempting feats for which I need assistance and they remain up to challenge. I am now excited to begin my Course series and develop our in-house Safety Training. I have to stop now as I could write more.

    Pros: - All in one streamlined platform
    - Great customer support
    - Easy to navigate and setup
    - Great user experience
    - Frequent updates
    - Driven team
    - Takes feedback well
    - App is great!

    Cons: - All in one, however as a result some features do lack depth. For example:
    Quiz feature - Only have ability to answer multiple choice or upload files. No multiple answers/short/long.
    - Minor bugs that can be frustrating at times.
    - Rewards feature not available in Canada
    - Some simple things are not included in the basic plan, so as the name suggest it's BASIC functions. However at times it feels like some things should be in the basic plan.

    *all of this has been communicated to Connecteam and I'm confident that they are already improving.

    Overall: Overall, I'm hopeful and excited forCconnecteam. It's a newer platform, but the innovation the team behind it are passionate and helpful. They're customer service is blazing fast and were always there to answer my questions and sometimes - my frustrations. My team excited for this platform and looking forward to getting newer features

Connecteam is about making EVERY product and feature as robust as possible. The quiz is all about generating an automated result immediately. If we'd add short or long answers, someone will have to read it and grade it, which will make it manual and not automated. This is why we have the Forms feature. It can do everything the quiz can, but without the automated results, which means you'll be able to create open-text answers, multi-selection options, and much more! Worth checking it out! 2. Rewards are already available in Canada as well :) Make sure to access Rewards on your Dashboard, click on Cards library, and check out the latest added countries. 3. If you found a bug contact our support team; if you're looking to add a capability that's included in your plan and you can't upgrade to a higher tier plan, it's worth contacting your Customer Success Manager.     "Loaded with Useful Features"

    Pros: Onboarding and communication features including a way to publish employee manuals, SOPs and updates.

    Cons: Finding a setting to enable or disable notifications can be difficult. Some settings seem to be "buried" in unlikely places in the app. But the Support Team is always happy to help!

    Overall: We made the switch to Connecteam over a year ago. Our previous app didn't have nearly as many helpful features. We've been able to streamline onboarding, improve communication and manage scheduling all in one place. Anytime we have a question or problem, the support staff is just once message away. Their response time is terrific. 4 stars just because it can be difficult to figure out where the setting are at times.

    Thank you so much for your review, Heather! We agree there's room to improve when it comes to where some settings are placed, and it's on our roadmap to revise it and make the experience better. That said, we'll be happy to explain the logic of notifications and why we designed them the way we did. As Connecteam is a platform with multiple products that each can be turned on or off, apply to specific groups of users, and even have different functionality, we wanted to provide each feature with its own notifications settings as well. As an admin, when you access each product in your platform (e.g. time clock, chat, schedule, etc.), the notifications section will be under that feature's settings menu, and not in a general menu that can create complexity, especially design and UX wise. As for the app, we tried to place some notifications where you would expect them to be. For example, the scheduling notifications are in the schedule, while chat notifications can be modified in the chat. And of course, you have main app notifications under your app's main settings menu for more general things, like mute options or the ability to enable notifications only for selected days of the week. As mentioned, the app may have completely different functionality for each company and even for different users within the same company. That's why we decided to have specific features' notifications under these features, so they won't even show if they're not relevant for the user. But again, it can be much improved! Thanks again for your feedback! We hope to earn 5 stars from you in the near future :)

    Above all I have an amazing success manager assigned to you every step of the way.

    Cons: Did not pick up this earlier, was sitting in email past one year.
    Needs to add invoicing part.

    "Best customer service of any time app"

    Pros: Incredible customer service. They are responsive, helpful, and detailed. They always follow up on questions through chat, email, or video calls. I always know I'll get the answers I need in a timely manner. I've been able to learn a new system and transition our whole team to Conneacteam effortlessly! The platform is flexible and makes it easy to communicate and manage time.

    Cons: They ask about upgrading a little more frequently than I'd like, but I understand why they do that :)

    Overall: Seamless and supported! I'd highly recommend this tool for timekeeping and managing attendance with teams.
