    Pros: What stood out to me was having employee communication and recognition in the same app. We didn't have to keep reminding people to check different platforms anymore, and the recognition feature made it easier to celebrate team wins. I also liked that we only enabled the modules we actually needed instead of paying for things we weren't ready to use.

    Cons: There are quite a few features, so getting familiar with everything took a little time at first. Once our team got used to the layout, it became much easier to navigate.

    Overall: Before using HubEngage, important updates were scattered across emails, chats, and different tools, so people often missed information. Now everything is in one place, making it much easier to share company news, recognize employees, and keep everyone connected without jumping between multiple apps.

    Pros: AI moderation takes a lot of the risk out of opening up social features to employees flagging inappropriate content before it becomes a problem. Sentiment analysis on survey responses has helped us spot team morale dips earlier than we would have otherwise. The intranet replacement alone justified the cost for us.

    Cons: The gamification side points, leaderboards hasn't landed as well with our demographic as I think it might in other industries. Our employees skew older and a few found it a bit gimmicky. It's easy to turn off but something to consider depending on your workforce.

    Overall: Modernizing internal comms without creating compliance risk. A lot of platforms that do social features don't think about what happens when employees post something they shouldn't. The built-in moderation tools gave our legal team enough confidence to actually greenlight the rollout.

    Pros: Mobile-first setup works really well for non-desk workers. Recognition module with points and gift cards drove adoption faster than we expected. Multi-language support was critical for us and it actually works without feeling like an afterthought.

    Cons: Initial setup took longer than the sales team suggested — there's a fair amount of configuration involved. Some of our older employees found the app a bit confusing at first, took a few weeks before everyone was comfortable.

    Overall: Closing the communication gap between office and frontline staff. Before this, our floor workers were essentially out of the loop on anything company-wide. Now everyone's on the same page.

    Pros: Having comms, surveys, and recognition under one roof makes a genuine difference. AI drafting tools save real time. The scheduling feature means I can plan a week's worth of content in one sitting. Support team has been responsive every time we've reached out.

    Cons: The analytics dashboard is decent but not as deep as I'd like — I often want to slice engagement data in ways the current reporting doesn't quite support. Hoping that gets more attention in future updates.

    Overall: Platform sprawl. We were paying for multiple tools that didn't talk to each other, and employees had no idea which app to check for what. One place for everything has made a noticeable difference in how consistently people actually engage with comms.

    Pros: I use Hubengage at my workplace to provide co-workers with positive feedback. I enjoy that it allows co-workers to build one another up and recognize actions that may otherwise go un-thanked. ABA therapy is often a mentally and physically taxing job and being able to call attention to positive actions or words that occur during the workday improves morale in the workplace. I also enjoy the AI option to clean up the message due to the quick pace of work. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy, taking just 5-10 minutes.

    Cons: Nothing in particular - the tool delivers what it's designed for

    Overall: I use Hubengage to provide positive feedback at work, solving burnout by recognizing and appreciating co-workers' un-thanked actions. It improves morale by calling attention to positive actions, especially in a fast-paced, taxing job like ABA therapy.

    Pros: I like HubEngage for its ability to send out SMS to our employees. We have over 300 employees, and the software allows us to send SMS to each of them regarding urgent situations, notifications, or reminders. This feature has been very useful because the SMS notifications are received and opened quickly, making it quite effective for urgent communications.

    Cons: I would like them to make the software more updated and make it very easy for us to navigate because some features are very hard for us to carry out. The recognition features have been hard for us to set up. We've been trying to use it for some time but we're unable to do it easily. This takes our time before we set it up.

    Pros: What I like most about HubEngage is how we're able to navigate the platform, and I find the recognition features, the chatbot, and communication aspects very efficient. These features are very powerful for us and very straightforward.

    Cons: I'd like to see some features being updated because some of them are, like, old version. So being able to update them to be very easy to set up would be appreciated. The setup was not straightforward because the information provided was not complete, making it fairly difficult.

While many businesses face issues with that, our experience was surprisingly easy, especially since we were using Oktopenoguage for it. The SMS messaging features are very helpful for us, particularly for delivering audience messages for clients' needs or emergency communication.

    Cons: I don't like that when they update the platform, they don't notify users about the changes, so suddenly some updates are different and strange, making it hard for us to navigate the platform. Also, the initial setup wasn't straightforward because the tutorial content provided was outdated, and we had to contact customer support for help.
