Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros N/A Very little. Frankly it's too bad there isn't anything nice to say. Hmmm...their logo colors are nice! Cons Absolutely Terrible Service – Avoid This Company This has been, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a service provider. The customer service is unacceptable, communication is practically nonexistent, and the overall service is incredibly unreliable. Calls and emails routinely went unanswered, and support tickets were not addressed in a timely manner. When issues were reported, it could take months to get a problem resolved, if it was resolved at all. The phone service itself was unreliable, and we were unable to make long-distance calls properly. Honestly, we would have been better off using our personal cell phones instead of paying for a business phone service that failed to perform even the most basic functions. To make matters worse, dealing with the company was an extremely frustrating experience due to the rude and unprofessional way we were treated. A business should be able to rely on its phone provider for dependable service and responsive support, but this company failed on every level. Save yourself the frustration and find another provider. Only leaving one star because I can't leave zero. :/ They used to be an ok company, but as soon as any service disruptions occur kiss your ability to reach them goodbye. No one answers the phone. There is no after hours support. Your 'dedicated account rep' will not open your emails and will not acknowledge your existence. Final straw was the 'sure to be seamless' with 'no interruptions' back end platform migration which is has been an unmitigated disaster.
