You pay per employee on payroll, per month: anyone with a salary slip that month. HR, finance and manager logins add nothing, and a manager who is paid through the system counts once. Leavers stop counting the month after their final settlement. The price per employee drops as you grow: each band’s price applies only to the employees inside that band.

Worked example. A contractor with 150 employees on payroll pays 50 × 29 + 100 × 18 = AED 3,250 a month (SAR 3,250, USD 884.96). With 50 employees it is AED 1,450 (USD 394.83). With 400 it is AED 6,550 (USD 1,783.53). With 1,000 it is AED 11,750 (USD 3,199.46). The shared option has a minimum of AED/SAR 990 a month (USD 269.57), which covers up to 34 employees.

Quick start: Shared, up to 50 employees | AED/SAR 2,500 (USD 680.74), fixed | Your site, your logo, your employees, salaries, bank accounts and leave balances imported from our spreadsheet template, our UAE or Saudi template (salary components, leave types, public holidays, gratuity rule), the WPS file set up with your bank’s employer ID, and recorded training in Arabic and English. Support by ticket. Monthly by card.
Managed setup: 51 employees and up, and every dedicated or own-cloud plan | Up to 200: AED/SAR 9,900 (USD 2,695.71). 201 to 500: AED/SAR 16,900 (USD 4,601.77). Above 500: from AED/SAR 29,900 (USD 8,141.59), scoped in writing. | A discovery call, import and cleanup, salary structures per group (office, crews, Saudis on each GOSI regime), gratuity and leave rules, attendance from your biometric clock, the WPS or Mudad file tested with your bank, one parallel payroll month, and live training. A named contact.
Extra work is AED/SAR 900 an hour (USD 245.06), or 10 hours for AED/SAR 8,100.

Not in the price. Biometric clocks are yours, and your bank or exchange house charges its own WPS fees. Annual prepay takes 15% off the part of the monthly bill above the minimum. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and 15% Saudi VAT.
