About Mindcat Vault
Mindcat Vault is a web-based document management system for PRO and typing centres, brokerages, law firms, human resources teams and other offices managing client, property or employee records in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Staff can scan or upload documents, organize them with custom fields and permissions, and search the text of Arabic and English scans. The dashboard brings upcoming expirations into a 90-day list and can email the team 30 days before a recorded date. Vault also supports document links with set expiry dates, email sharing, version history, notes, file activity history, duplicate-upload checks, scanner-folder or mailbox intake, and full data export. It can be hosted in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, or deployed to a customer’s own cloud or servers. The interface is available in English and is partly translated into Arabic.
